This was a thrilling day in the rainforest! The forest and river are beautiful, and the natural waterslides and swimming were amazing. Yamile is THE BEST tour guide. She exemplifies what a great local tour operator should be: knowledgeable about the environment & culture, responsible, warm, kind and fun. She made everyone feel welcome, answered all of our questions, and showed us all the best of PR! She insisted on bringing an extra lifejacket (although all of us could swim) just in case. Unfortunately, she was correct as a gentleman in another group was floundering in the water and needed help. A guest on our tour helped keep him stay above water until Yamile could throw him the extra lifejacket she brought. Her foresight helped avert a potential crisis and showcased how well she guides. I highly recommend Yamile and Puerto Rico as a Local!

We had a wonderful experience exploring El Yunque with Yamile! She was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so much about Puerto Rico’s history, culture, and rainforest throughout the tour. We learned a lot while enjoying one of the island’s most beautiful natural treasures. She also took very professional pictures of our adventure - all included!! Amazing! The natural water slide was a highlight of the day—it was so much fun, and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Yamile also recommended a fantastic local restaurant, La Parilla, where we enjoyed delicious, authentic Puerto Rican food to end our adventure. If you’re looking for a guide who is friendly, informative, and passionate about sharing the beauty of Puerto Rico, we highly recommend Yamile. We can’t wait to book another tour with her the next time we visit!

This was an absolutely amazing tour. Yamile was our tour guide, and she just made the day. She was super informative about all things Puerto Rico and created an experience for my family enjoyable for all. We timed the waterslides to be when very few other people were there. The swimming hole was my favorite part with a high jump into a deep pool. What really made the tour wonderful was Yamile though. She made everyone feel comfortable and was engaging and I could not imagine a better tour guide for our experience. 10 out of 5!!

We had the best tour with Yamile! The rainforest and swimming tour did not disappoint. Yamile’s vibrant, energy and passion for her country shines through in her work. The kids enjoyed the natural waterslides, the natural pools, jumping off the rocks and the rope swing so much. Yamile was very thorough in giving us all the tips and tricks before we embarked on any of those adventures to keep us as safe as possible. The knowledge and education she provided us kept us all very entertained and helped us to better appreciate the beauty of PR. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a tour thru the rainforest. Our first trip to PR will always be remembered thanks to her and her love for what she does. Thank you Yamile!!

Jamila was amazing. Our kids just raved about our experience on the trip! We were a group of 4 adults + 4 kids (10,8,6,3). We were with another family with kids 6&8. Review from our 10 year old: she was friendly. She treated us like family. She wasn’t afraid to get wet with us. She knew all of the right places to step so no one got hurt. She maintained a great schedule- and was flexible. We always had the time we wanted at each place. She was a great photographer. She had helpful tips and knew the hidden/less visited areas! She was very accommodating- translated the lunch menu, encouraged the kids to play while waiting for the food. It didn’t feel like it was her job. It felt like she was showing what she loved to her family! Would 100000000000000000x recommend booking with her! We will book with her again when we come back!

Our family of 4 had such a great time with Yamile! She went out of her way to make sure we had a memorable experience. We initially planned on doing the river/cave tour, and went as far as going to the river site - but rainy weather made the river too dangerous and Yamile smartly called it off. I appreciated her putting safety first and not risking it, even though everyone was a little disappointed. Yamile ended up taking us on the rainforest/waterslide/rocksliding tour later in the week, which was a blast. My boys loved the waterslide and jumping off the rope swing (even my 7 year old, who is usually a little timid in such circumstances). We capped it off with a great time at the local beach, ate at a terrific local restaurant. Can't recommend this tour enough.

This tour was so much fun! Our family had the best time with Yamile! She was so fun and knowledgeable. We have young boys, and she made the tour perfect for them. They have been telling all their friends that the rainforest tour was their favorite part of their trip. Do yourself a favor and book with Yamile! You won’t regret it!

Yamile was amazing !! She was knowledgeable about everything- the history of Puerto Rico, the plants , the birds, the food - we all felt comfortable asking questions and she taught us a lot about the culture! She is smart and high energy and made sure everyone in our group was having fun! I highly recommend any tour she offers !
