Prossimo viaggio in barca lungo il Black River Safari, il fiume più lungo della Giamaica, dove vedrai uccelli esotici, piante e animali selvatici come il coccodrillo americano in via di estinzione. Proseguendo verso uno dei posti più unici dove mangiare e bere un drink e guardare uno dei, o se non il miglior tramonto del mondo, al Floyd's Pelican bar, la tua vacanza non potrebbe essere migliore. Sali a bordo di un jitney trainato da un trattore che ti porta a YS Falls, una serie di sette cascate che si riversano in piscine naturali. Potrete rinfrescarvi nelle piscine naturali a cascata e in una piscina per bambini profonda di 1,2 metri circondata da un patio e da un giardino. Altre attività includono un tour con zipline a canopy e giri in tubing sul fiume. I bagnini sono di servizio. La tenuta dispone di un ristorante dove è possibile acquistare il pranzo, oltre a spogliatoi, servizi igienici ecologici. Il tour termina con il punto di partenza al punto di partenza a Montego Bay alla fine del tour di un'intera giornata.
Scopri la bellezza della costa meridionale con un tour in barca. Avvia il più grande fiume navigabile della Giamaica e attraverso quella che è la più grande area umida della Giamaica, Black River Safari, il fiume inferiore del Black River. Vale la pena fare un giro in barca di 1 ora e mezza lungo il fiume Nero. Naviga su una confortevole barca Safari oltre i giganteschi alberi di mangrovie rosse con le loro radici simili a palafitte che scendono dalle altezze di oltre 40 'nelle acque tranquille. Osserva il coccodrillo americano raro e in via di estinzione nel suo habitat naturale e osserva alcune delle 100 specie di uccelli esotici in queste zone umide incontaminate. Tra Treasure Beach e Black River, verrai portato da un peschereccio in un bar di legno rustico costruito su un banco di sabbia a un quarto di miglio dal mare. Il Pelican Bar è il luogo perfetto per prendere il sole, bere birra, nuotare e mangiare pesce fritto fresco. Il Pelican Bar nasce come il pescatore locale Floyd Forbes che sogna un bar costruito sul mare, appoggiato su palafitte. Grandi assi di legno furono trasportate sulla sua barca da pesca. Nel 2001 il bar fu completato e fu chiamato "The Pelican Bar" dopo i grandi stormi di pellicani che riposavano sul banco di sabbia. Presto divenne popolare tra gente del posto e turisti come luogo di perfetta serenità per le immagini. Guarda lo splendido tramonto (tempo permettendo) e le immersioni sulla scogliera e ascolta la Reggae Band. Un posto perfetto per sedersi, rilassarsi con un cocktail in mano. Il giro in barca dura dai 15 ai 20 minuti ma vale la pena viaggiare.

Honestly couldn’t fault the experience and Andre (our driver). He was more than accommodating to all of our requests, made sure we were safe and having a good time, not to mention his humour, we were honestly all laughing the whole time. I would highly recommend using Andre and his services and I will absolutely be contacting him next time I’m in Jamaica to do it all again.
We had a wonderful time with Demar. We wanted to only go to black river and pelican bar. We decided at the last minute on the excursion so we called at 8 am and they were able to pick us up at 10 am! Demar was knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone!
OMG Demar is on point. We spent a long day with Demar. We toured Appleton Rum Estates, YS FALLS, and Floyd's Pelican Bar. Truly and amazing day. Demar kept us informed on what to expect, as well as helped us with other things to do in Negril. This is an experience not to be missed and Demar is the driver you want.
Demar was a great host. He showed us many pints of interest along the way and gave us great information about the island. Will definitely use his services again in the future.
Brillant day out for montego bay . We went to YS falls , black river safari tour and the pelican bar . Roxanne was our driver , she was very friendly and very helpful on our journey to and from our hotel . If you are looking to do this experience I would recommend this company and if you ask for roxanne she will help you have the best possible time !!!

This was my first time in Jamaica and I must say this tour made it sooooo special. I got the chance to see the beautiful Jamaican landscapes! And I even swam in a river with real crocodiles :O extremely exciting experience! The tour to the bar was so cool as well. But mainly we were super happy with Other out tour guide (now a dear friend) he was so nice and made the day super special. Thnx so much Demar! This was my first trip to Jamaica and I must say it was very very special. I had the opportunity to see the beautiful landscapes of Jamaica. We went to the river by boat and were able to jump and swim! Yes! In the river where many crocodiles live, which according to the locals are not aggressive! It was very exciting to live this experience. The bar was an important part of the tour to get to know Jamaican culture and we loved it. But the main thing was the company of our guide Demar (now our great friend) who made the trip very special. Thank you very much friend Demar!
The kindness of the Driver Kevon was everything. He went above and beyond to make us happy. I felt safe with him as a driver and recommended him to my entire family.
Shelton was an amazing driver and tour guide!! We spent all day with him, and he was so patient answering my husband's many many questions. =) First, we did the Black River Safari to see crocodiles. This was relaxing, but in hindsight, it probably could have been skipped. Next we were taken to a small boat that took us to the Pelican Bar. This was my favorite part! It was amazing to see! Last, Shelton drove us to YS Falls, where a guide walked us through the rocks and took great photos and videos of us. Bring water shoes! This was a good intro to see Falls, but there isn't much to see. (Mayfield Falls will be much longer and more challenging to walk through / climb.) YS Falls also has a pool, if you're interested. When we went, there were A LOT of people.. almost all locals. It was a long day, so we ate a quick lunch at YS Falls, which was not included in the package. Important note: Entrance fees to the 3 locations are NOT included in the Viator package. I believe each of the 3 locations were $25 USD per person. I would recommend paying in JMD instead.. we paid a little less for Black River and YS Falls. Also bring extra cash for tips for your driver and guides at each of the 3 locations. In the end, this is a pricey tour. Pelican Bar was definitely my favorite.
My family booked a private tour of YS falls and Black River. We had Roxy who was an amazing guide and provided great service. We appreciated being able to customize our tour by making stops along the way and not being rushed with a big tour group. The private tour was a great value and we would use the service again in the future. Even though there were some mechanical issues with the boat which resulted in us being stranded in a crocodile filled river with a bush fire in the background and a torrential downpour, we had a great time! Thanks again Roxy for the amazing trip and laughs along the way.
