Everyone was so nice and caring and ensured the upmost safety was followed all the guides were nice friendly took care of you.
The ONLY thing good about this tour were the workers who did the ATVs and the zipline. They were wonderful. But the other customer service was pure trash. We are very disappointed in this experience. Long lines to check-in, slow moving employees, a 23 minute line for a simple lock for a locker that could've been purchased during check-in, the list of disappointments goes on and on. Our pickup driver to the hotel asked us to make sure we are on the right bus when leaving for the day. When I asked the return CHUKKA driver if I was on the right bus, he said "I refuse to answer stupid questions". Unbelievable! Save your money and go elsewhere
I enjoyed the horse back riding, the atv and the party very much. I am very disappointed with the zipline was closed at 4pm and the food was cold, i ask to get it warmed and my request was denied.
Words cannot express how much fun I had on this tour! Sasha K was the most engaging, fun and caring tour guide. She stayed by our side the entire time and was always available to answer any questions we had. She shared so much knowledge about the island, taught us some Jamaican phrases and helped us learn about the culture. She also made sure we returned to the pier on time, which gave us peace of mind. I absolutely loved her and would gladly visit again just to have her as my tour guide. During the tour, Paul, Ralph, Ricardo, U and Angry Bird were beyond amazing. They truly made my trip unforgettable and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, I felt safe and well taken care of every step of the way. They took their jobs seriously and made sure we understood how to stay safe while enjoying our excursions. Everyone was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and kind. The party boat was an amazing experience and one of the highlights of my trip. I enjoyed every single moment of my time there and left with wonderful memories. I can't wait to come back and experience it all again!
Had us pay with cash, gave us a receipt just to tell us we never paid! And didn’t let us do anything! Made them run the cameras back to show we did pay, by the time they figured they were wrong it was already time to leave! Whole day wasted!
We went zip lining first, my son ended up loving it! Our guides were Romar and Rakeem. He enjoyed it so much he went back again and waited for them so he could go out with them. They made the zip lining fun and not scary at all. We also did atv’s, TK was great. Overall we had a great time my son loved it and was so tired by the end
Wah Gwaan First time in Jamaica with my grandma. It was one first activity since arriving at the island. As soon as we arrived at the chukka S ( I forget her name ) was very welcoming and friendly. She explained everything. From the ATV, to the truck safari and the horse, the experience was amazing. When we did the zipline, Romar and his colleagues R ( sorry I’m very bad with my name) were amazing, and my grandma felt safe. It was her first time and she loved Thanks to all the staff for their service and the experience S & R, if you see this post, sorry for not remembering your name 😅
Such great value for money. So organised yet so relaxed. We had the best time. The guides were so chilled yet we felt in great hands. We all had different favourite activities. Mine being the boat trip and the zip line where our guides were particularly fantastic 👌 such great fun. We got to do so much for the price and we could have even done more if wanted.
Ramaine, Ralph, Sean D…thee best ATV instructors. The entire experience from check-in into end of day was great. The catamaran experience was awesome!! The DJ Leon Lee played great music for the crowd and the rum punch was perfect.
I had the best time ever. First time Atv & zip lining. Dwight & Vernom was great with helping with zip lining.
