Jacky was our guide and he was very informative, good English, and knew how to maneuver us through crowded conditions. The terracotta soldiers was superb. The city wall, lunch, and the Muslin Quarter portions of the tour, despite the heat, were also quite interesting.

Terra Cotta Warriors Incredible to see, do not miss! Having a guide to help navigate was extremely helpful. Roger provided interesting context and history throughout, plus helped navigate the crowds. Be sure to bring your patience and reduce expectations of personal space. The warriors are so incredible that everyone comes to see them! Great Goose Pagoda Super interesting, we’re so glad to have seen it. We enjoyed the climb to the top and witnessing an active place of worship. Also don’t miss! We could have used additional time here. Xi’an City Walls You can’t go to Xi’an without this experience. We went on our own the day prior to our tour with Roger and felt fortunate to have had extra time to rent bikes and ride around. Roger’s tour allowed us to go into the museum and see parts we’d missed on our own. I recommend seeing it twice like we did- with the tour and separately if you enjoy a long stroll or bike ride. Muslim District Also very interesting. This was an optional stop on our tour so we ended here vs electing to be returned to our hotel by van. We enjoyed the area and are glad we chose to stay. Communication, Logistics, Guide Communication from the tour company was helpful- they reached out well in advance and continued to stay in communication leading up to our tour date. This is a mini group- which looked to max out at around 15 people. The van was air conditioned and comfortable. Our guide, Roger was very well educated on the area and the sites we visited. We liked that he was passionate & eager to share his knowledge. You could tell he was disappointed when folks on the tour snoozed or looked at their phones during the bus ride instead of listening to him as he called out a couple of people who weren’t paying attention. He passed out feedback forms before we left the city wall for our final stop and was insistent that we submit 5-star reviews before leaving for our last stop. If it weren’t for this, I would have rated the tour 5-stars.

Excellent tour and our guide, Lola, was super. She was clear up front about how the day would go, provided great information and descriptions of the sites, and gave us the time we wanted to linger and enjoy the day. She was helpful in identifying a good lunch spot and timed to so we beat the crowds. We appreciated all she and the driver, Mr Zhang, did to make it an informative and interesting experience. Thank you!!

Roger was our tour guide in the mini group tour to Xian highlights. He is very knowledgeable and fluent in English. The tour was very informative and not too rushed with kids. Highly recommend if you have only a day in Xi’an.

We had an excellent experience on the Xi’an Private Full-Day Tour. Our guide, Irene, was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the history, culture, and sights we visited, and she shared fascinating facts and stories throughout the day that made everything much more meaningful and interesting, without ever feeling overwhelming. Although it was a full-day tour, the time flew by. Irene was warm, friendly, and very attentive, adapting the itinerary and pace to our preferences and helping us navigate each site with ease. Her English is perfect, which made communication effortless and allowed us to get much more out of the experience. What impressed us most was how helpful she was beyond the tour itself. She even took the time to review with us the information about our train journey the following day, which had nothing to do with the tour. That level of care and professionalism is rare and very much appreciated. We would highly recommend this tour, and especially Irene, to anyone visiting Xi’an.

Lily is a knowledgeable guide that speaks English fluently. She gave us as much time as we wanted at each attraction. I highly recommend her.

I cannot rave enough about our friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful guide Tracy. I especially loved the fact she had ear pieces ready for everyone in our group so that we can hear her explain everything clearly despite being farther from her and in a big crowd. Xi’an was beautiful, and she gave us tips on where to find good biang biang noodles and what areas to explore after our terracota tour ended. Not only was she a great guide, but she went above and beyond after our tour was already done and I was back home. Her job with us was done. But I still had her on my WeChat so I asked her where she bought the pair of jeans she was wearing during our tour. Not only did she tell me, but she even helped me inquire about shipping and ordering to send to my friend’s hotel who was still in China. She called their tour guide to inquire about the last hotel they would be staying at, so the package would arrive in time before they left. Super helpful since none of us can speak or read mandarin. Thank you so much Tracy, for making our Xi’an tour unforgettable and for being the best guide we’ve ever had!

We had a wonderful trip through Xian guided by Lola, who was knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant. Highly Recommended.
