Xi'an Car Service: Tour personalizzabile di 1-2 giorni

Andy Gu, the owner of Best China Experience Travel Company was our tour guide/driver. He was thoughtful in his arrangement, particularly we were a group of 4 seniors traveling together. He is thorough in making sure all the tickets (reservation ahead) & timing worked to our best options. He was punctual, truly personable & sincere and he handled himself very professionally. He has fantastic English communication skill, since he had traveled extensively himself, including to North America. He is familiar even with western terms, slangs & western customs. We were picked up in a roomy Cadillac ST6, an SUV, for the 4 of us. Power bank & charge cords were available for all of us to use. Nothing was ever too complicated or difficult for him to assist us with. We felt like traveling with a friend instead of a tour operator. We initially booked him for 2 days private travel. We ended up booking 2 more days of transfer &/or activities with Andy. He also helped us obtain our senior discount wherever possible. He is flexible in our pick up & drop off and we never felt pressured to select more activity as if it is a sales pitch. It was more like a friend taking us around the town he grew up in & his wanting people to see, know & feel more of his hometown Xian. Our only negative comment was the quality of the Xian village meal he had recommended. We felt the price did not reflect the value or quantity of food served. We knew though that the meal meant important business during slow season for a Xian family restaurant. However, we feel we could not have found a better guide/ operator than Andy from Best China Experience Travel Company and we highly recommend Andy & his company!
