A good excursion for snorkeling.
It is a good experience for snorkeling very safely. It is pleasant to walk through the park and take a nap in the hammocks. The food was abundant, nothing spectacular. Long line for breakfast, we prefer to arrive having already eaten.

If you have to choose one park, choose Xel Ha. 1000% recommended. The service was excellent. The staff was excellent. The food and drinks were excellent. The park is huge, beautiful, has all kinds of activities included, and others with an extra cost (such as swimming with dolphins, with stingrays, with manatees, etc.). But if you don't want to pay for extra activities, with everything the basic admission includes, it is perfect. I have visited other parks (Xenses, Xcaret, Xplor) and none is as beautiful and complete as Xel Ha 💕

Excellent experience
Everything was 100%, from the welcome where Akenaton assisted me with the activity, he explained everything well, step by step, recommended what to do at the place and how to take advantage of everything, the service was wonderful and I had a great time during my visit. The food, drinks, the service, even the weather.

Awesome day out
Great day out plenty to see and do . All inclusive food and drinks was brilliant with breakfast lunch and dinner buffet. Great choice food fresh and hot. Soft drinks beer available. Staff very friendly facilities spotless . Lazy river snorkel or float down in inflatable was amazing. Bike ride or land train available to get to to start of the lagoon. Water jumps zip slides rope swings cave swimming. Extra activities speedboat under water safari swim with dolphins, manatees sting rays . I took part in the manatee swim it was amazing the guild was so informative and interactive well worth the extra £70 . Water slide was breathtaking getting up to the top as well as coming down with amazing views.

Fab day out for all the family
Booked this trip along with xplor before we came as there was an offer on.
We also booked the dolphin experience.
We arrived by taxi to get there early and loved how quiet it was first thing. There are so many activities to do.
Float along the lagoon but can get off and do stuff along the way!
The dolphin experience was fab as well, the staff wetr lovely answering all our questions thoroughly .
The dolphins were magnificent and cheeky!
The photos are quite expensive but that’s what you expect.
The food and drink was really nice and I love that it was all inclusive so not worrying about it carrying anything with you!
Did this trip years ago with my husband ànd was fab to return with my 8 ànd 10 year old: we all absolutely loved it!

Bad experience, stay away from nexus tour
On Aug 14th for Xel-Ha booking I was at lobby 7.18 am instead 7.15 am. I was told to look for orange colur bus or person but it was a black bus which has left right before me and I had to spend 120 usd for taxi. Staff at the Royalton were rude and didn't help just because I didn't buy from them but from other person who is off that day. What a bad experience early in the morning. They have my cellphone number why can not you call before leaving? Although it was not my fault they were not ready to refund money.

Spent the day at Xel-Ha park, what an experience, me, my partner and daughter had the best day ever, got to swim with the dolphins, snorkelling in the river plus so much more and you could eat and drink as much as you wanted because everything was included, the food was amazing, well worth the money, will definitely be booking to do it again next time
