Benvenuti nella nostra pasticceria, "Casa dos Ovos Moles em Lisboa". In modo molto homy si scopre come fare il pastello divino de nata dalla A alla Z. Sì si impara a fare la pasta sfoglia da zero. È tutto fatto a mano. Ti promettiamo che potrai replicare l'atto nella tua casa! Sai che la ricetta è stata creata all'interno di un monastero? Vi racconteremo la Storia. Prima lo cuciniamo e alla fine assaggiamo la delizia con un vino Porto o un liquore ginja, tchim tchim!

It was amazing and the instructor had a way of engaging all three of my grandchildren. The pastry we made was the best we have ever had.
An interesting experience to share with family or friends.
Semi-hands on experience. They are hard to make! I will never do it but I like eating them! Mostly enjoyed instructor’s cultural info on Portugal.
Filipa was very friendly. She explained everything very well. We had a good time and at the end we ate the tarts that we had made - they were delicious, especially washed down with some port.

Absolutely fabulous oppotunity to not only learn to cook these beautiful cakes but to learn more about the history and culture of this gorgeous country. I would definitely recommend.
Fun, interactive, delicious pastries. class actually went about 2 and 1/2 hours. we all enjoyed--including our 14 yr old daughter
Hands on and lots of fun. Nice small group with lots of opportunity to ask questions. Instructor was upbeat and friendly. Lovely little cafe.
We had a wonderful time learning to make Pastel de Nata. Our hostess was an excellent teacher who is clearly passionate about her craft. Our entire family very much enjoyed the experience.
