Questa tenuta di 10 ettari incarna il profondo legame tra il paesaggio dell’isola e i suoi vini. La tua visita guidata inizia tra i vigneti e l'orto dei vitigni locali, dove imparerai la filosofia, l'identità e i metodi di coltivazione sostenibili della cantina. Continua in cantina per scoprire il processo di vinificazione e invecchiamento, scoprendo come il terroir unico di Minorca modella ogni bottiglia. L’esperienza si conclude con una degustazione guidata di due vini e l’esclusivo Vermut della cantina, perfettamente abbinato a formaggi minorchini e salumi locali. Such a shame could have been amazing ,one lady looking after 18 people Used same glass for each wine shocking Had to share tasting between us and rushed Sharing board rubbish and thrown together Rushed through as next tour arrived. Don't bother !!!

Highly recommended experience, Marina, a friendly Brazilian guide, very kind and with a lot of experience in the field, our tasting included white wine, young red wine, and a vermouth, all very good... the white was the best without a doubt..

We visited as a family and had a tour with Manda. Manda made us feel so welcome and was very knowledgeable. It was so interesting to hear about the process from grape to bottle. The wines were delicious in particular the rose, white and vermouth. The location was so peaceful and a real hidden gem. Thank you Manda for making it such a great experience, we would recommend to anyone visiting the beautiful island of Menorca.

The tour guide, tour and wines were fabulous but she was so busy trying to manage everyone on her own we felt sorry for her. Her knowledge was amazing and we learnt lots
Fantastic experience, knowledgable & highly engaging guide Marina & brilliant value! Without spoiling the tour, Marina took us through the full process from growing to bottling. We then got to taste 3 wines and had some tapas all included in the price. We then continued to have a few more glasses whilst we waited for our taxi. The property is beautiful and scenic and you can have glasses of wine whilst you look over the vineyard. Thank you Marina!

Very informative guide but had to run between customers so ran late... small wine portions....

Informative, friendly tour. Enjoyed learning about the environmental measures the vineyard have taken. My daughter left her jacket and Marina went out of her way to drop at our hotel- so kind. The wine was delicious I’m particular the white!

My husband and I visited Binitord on Monday and from beginning to end felt looked after and informed by the lovely guide Mariana. She explained the different grape varieties and showed us where they make the wine and their very excellent vermut. Then presented some wines to taste with some traditional Menorcan nibbles. You can buy their delicious wines there as well so we decided to take a box home. We would definitely visit again and recommend it if you enjoy good organic wine, a peaceful environment and learning about the sustainability and history of this place.

Marina the host , was very welcoming, happy and informative. Great to know that the winery does not use pesticides, only natural methods including ladybirds and kestrels! We loved all thee wines including the Vermouth!
