Itinerario
La tua avventura inizia nel nostro molo privato a Puerto Juárez. All'arrivo, goditi una pausa caffè leggera mentre incontri la tua Guida e il resto del gruppo. Prima di salire a bordo, la Guida fornirà un briefing sulla sicurezza, spiegherà l'itinerario della giornata e condividerà consigli utili per nuotare con gli squali balena. Una volta che tutti sono pronti, è il momento di salire a bordo della barca e andare alla ricerca di questi magnifici giganti gentili.
Dopo la partenza dal nostro molo privato a Puerto Juárez, navigherai attraverso le acque turchesi cristalline dei Caraibi messicani. Lungo la strada, passerai la bellissima costa di Isla Mujeres prima di dirigerti più al largo, dove il mare si trasforma in profonde e vibranti sfumature di blu. Durante il viaggio, tieni d'occhio delfini, tartarughe marine, razze e uccelli marini, che spesso vengono avvistati lungo il percorso. Mentre ti avvicini all'area di alimentazione degli squali balena, la tua Guida ti aiuterà a cercare i primi segni di questi magnifici giganti gentili, rendendo l'anticipazione parte dell'avventura stessa.
Una volta arrivati nella zona degli squali balena, il capitano e la Guida cercheranno le migliori opportunità per avvicinarsi in sicurezza a questi magnifici animali rispettando tutte le norme di conservazione. Quando sarà il tuo turno, entrerai in acqua in coppia con la tua Guida certificata per un'esperienza di snorkeling indimenticabile accanto ai pesci più grandi del mondo. I nostri tour per piccoli gruppi massimizzano le tue possibilità di goderti fino a due nuotate a persona, a seconda delle condizioni del mare, attività faunistiche e regolamento del parco. Durante la nostra ultima fermata ancoreremo di fronte alla famosa spiaggia Playa Norte da Isla Mujeres. Condivideremo un tipico pranzo caraibico con delizioso ceviche, guacamole cremoso e totopos croccanti. This was by far the best experience ever! One for the bucket list. Our tour guide Pepe made the experience so enjoyable from pick up to drop off. His enthusiasm and passion was infectious, and he was so attentive and kind to everyone. It was the most incredible experience to swim alongside these beautiful creatures. They really are the gentle giants of the ocean. The trip was expensive but worth every penny. It was a full day, pick up 6.30am and back by 3.30pm, the schedule ran perfectly. Highly recommend!!!
Great communication upon booking. Picked me up from playa del carmen on time and I honestly had the best day I’ve had in Mexico! Vanessa was an incredible tour guide, so passionate and kind, along with Gato, Mazlon and Manuel. Despite the worries from the heavy rain and thunder increasing the risk that we wouldn’t see any whale sharks, we did! And we were lucky to have seen so many of them that we could swim 3 times! On my last swim I got to swim with a manta ray! I felt we got a fair amount of time to swim with them until they had swam out of reach/it was the next couples turn and the guide took videos for us too. I was initially nervous to be in such deep open water but once I was in I forgot all my worries seeing how beautiful the whale sharks are, and the flippers really help you to swim fast to keep up with them. The lunch and reef snorkelling was also really enjoyable. This will be a memory I will always remember. Thank you
We had the most amazing experience with Ocean Tours. Max is the best guide! He was kind, knowledgeable and made the entire day relaxing and fun! Swimming with the whale sharks has been on my family's bucket list for 6 years and we finally made it happen. Max and his crew were amazing every step of the way. My 70 year old mom went along and was unsure about getting in the water with the sharks, our Captain convinced her to give it a try with lots of positive reinforcement and Max guided her effortlessly to ensure she had a wonderful experience. Everything about the day was phenomenal! Not only did we get to swim with the sharks, we also got to swim with a few manta rays, it was majestic! I highly recommend Max and his crew for everyone who wants to have an amazing experience swimming with the whale sharks.
This was a great experience with our fantastic guide Suly. It was obvious he cares a lot about the animals and the environment. Everything we needed was provided and we were very prepared heading out in the boat. We were able to jump and swim three times with the whale sharks, and we enjoyed the reef snorkel as well. The light lunch was delicious on the beautiful Isla Mujeres beach. Transport to and from the hotel was easy. Everyone I interacted with was professional and helpful. An awesome day!
This tour was beyond our expectations. We must have seen hundreds of whale sharks and manta rays. The experience was definitely worth the money. Mac was our guide and he couldn't have been more organized, courteous, helpful and professional. You could tell he truly wanted you to have the most spectacular experience. We went on the Whale Shark tour with Ocean Tours yesterday as a family of 6. There were 10 of us on the tour in total which made it feel more intimate. From start to finish the experience was utterly amazing. We were picked up promptly in an air conditioned van by our driver Miguel and our guide Dara. They went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Dara was so friendly, bubbly and knowledgeable which added to the trip. We were able to see and swim with a huge number of Whale Sharks and Manta Rays. The experience was absolutely amazing and we are still buzzing. Our captain and crew Elmer and Elmer were also lovely and added to the experience. If you only do one trip whilst visiting Mexico then do this. I can't recommend it enough. Thank you Dara and team.

The crew for our trip was Vanessa, Dani and Giovanni - they were fantastic and could not do enough to give us the best experience possible! The pickup was a little early (5:05am) but it also meant that we got to the pier ahead of other groups and could get out to find the whale sharks! The team were able to quickly navigate us to the right area where we were met with a huge school of sharks and some manta rays. What a fantastic experience that we’d highly recommend to anyone considering it!
