From start to finish a great experience... sorry massimo (it was that much fun we ran over a little). The host massimo was friendly and told us some great nuggets of info. The scenery is stunning on route and a nice quick stop on route to see a mill... then the winery... it is beautiful, Lara explained the process (she will test your listening skills later) and then the main event of testing... every prosecco we had is DOCG.. we wouldn't go back... we played the guess the price game and were completely wrong.. so reasonable priced compared to the UK for the quality... It is that nice my wife is thinking of renewing our vows and said there would be no better place. So tranquil, peaceful and good prosecco... I have been turned from a beer drinker... thanks all... great experience
Luca was a very nice tour guide. We spend our day going to a beautiful winery where we learned about Prosecco making process and tasted some wine. Then we went to Asolo - a pretty charming little town. Our day was very relaxing and fun!
The overall experience was just not what we expected. This is just a pricey wine tasting. It said we would be able to get out and roam around. That wasn’t true. It said we would get a light lunch. All I was able to have was bread along my wine tasting as they was barley enough for each person at the table to have a piece of cheese. Pictures showed extravagant views and food. That just wasn’t the case. The vineyard tour was also just the company talking about sustainability. I thought we were going to walk through the vineyards like pictured.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are genuinely sorry that the experience did not fully match your expectations. We would however like to clarify that the wineries selected for our tours are not “touristic” or low-quality venues, but among the most renowned and appreciated wineries of the Prosecco Hills region. We carefully choose family-run wineries that produce their own wines on site, often recognized by international wine guides and awards, and where the food served is homemade and locally sourced. Regarding the tasting, the experience includes wine paired with local specialties and light food tastings, as described in the tour details, rather than a full restaurant-style lunch. We understand that expectations on this aspect can vary from guest to guest. As for the vineyard visit, access and activities depend on the winery visited that day, weather conditions, and agricultural operations in progress. Some wineries offer walking access through the vineyards, while others focus more on guided explanations of the production process and sustainability practices. Finally, operating tours from Venice unfortunately involves extremely high transportation and access costs, including very significant city entrance fees for tourist buses. Despite this, we always strive to work with top-quality local partners and provide an authentic experience of the Prosecco Hills region. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our tours and communication.
Me and my wife had a really fun time with Luca, our guide visiting the city of Asolo and the Prosecco hills for wine tasting. Our guide was very friendly and drove easily and we had a really good time together with everybody on the tour.
Really nice guide and driver, Luca. Nice trip that gave us a lot of good memories. Can really be recommended
It was a wonderful and quaint experience driving up to the prosecco hills. Very easy and short drive and Luca made it amazing with his suggestions and driving us to oversee the hills from a scenic vantage point. The vineyard we went to was informative and provided exceptional service with the tastings and short lunch.
My family and I loved this tour so much! Luca was our guide and he was amazing. He was social, knowledgeable about each place we went, made sure everyone in our group was comfortable, and a great driver going to/from Venice. I would recommend this tour to anyone who is looking to get out of the city, sip some local + delicious prosecco, and experience more of the countryside/small towns surrounding Venice.
Had a great time with Luca! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Laura was very sweet as well! The tour was amazing beautiful scenery definitely worth it!
Massimo was a great tour guide for us. He provided a lot of information about Venice and the surrounding areas. The wine tasting as as well as visit to Asolo was beautiful. I would highly recommend this tour!
Excellent guide, very friendly
