Bernina Red Train and Swiss Alps
Bernina Red Train scenery awesome. Very informative your guide who kept the group informed throughout all aspects of the tour.

Long bus drive for 2 hours train ride.
Very long day for just 2 hours beautiful train ride. Tour guide is very nice and organized. Afternoon driver was in rush to come back and was going 50 km above speed limit in the tunnels. He was on his cell phone several times while driving but he was in control as looked very normal to him.

Amazing St Moritz Spectacular views aboard the train
Hager was an excellent guide and extremely knowledgeable! Antonio was the driver and ensured we arrived on time for each of the stops!! The views were spectacular and well worth the day! I would recommend everyone take this tour

I’m not sure why they bring their qr code around to review them at the end of the tour. It’s not in good taste and I suspect why these tours have such a high rating. It was okay… you’re mostly paying for the driver and the trip.

BUYER BEWARE!
Do not trust this operator. We were scheduled for a tour set up by Viator and run by Zani Viaggi. We arrived at the meeting point at 7:45 AM, only to watch the tour bus pulling away without making any attempt to call us.To make matters worse, we were greeted by six other paying customers who were also left stranded on the sidewalk at the exact same time. Zani Viaggi claimed we were all "late," but it is painfully obvious that the tour was overbooked and they used "tardiness" as a fallback excuse to abandon us. Leaving seven paying passengers behind at the exact check-in time is a massive operator failure, not customer lateness. Avoid Zani Viaggi if you actually want to go on your tour.

Unforgettable Bernina Experience
An unforgettable experience on the Bernina Express from Milan via St. Moritz and Tirano! The journey from Milan to St. Moritz by bus was comfortable, with Salvador, our experienced driver, ensuring a smooth ride, and Ornella, our knowledgeable guide, making the trip even more enjoyable with her insights and stories. The return journey by train was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning Alpine views. A wonderful experience from start to finish, highly recommended!
