Tour in cantina e degustazione di vini a Siena con pasto pomeridiano. Immersi nella magica atmosfera della Toscana rurale, a due passi dal centro storico della Siena medievale, l’esperienza è un viaggio nella storia, nella cultura, nella tradizione e nella scienza che danno vita ad ogni bottiglia del nostro vino biologico. Durante il tour in cantina analizzeremo insieme le caratteristiche dell’agroecosistema del vigneto e le tecniche utilizzate per preservare e rigenerare le risorse rurali. Nella nostra antica cantina, vi accompagneremo attraverso l’affascinante mondo della vinificazione e i segreti dietro la lavorazione del vino di qualità. Il tour si concluderà nella nostra sala degustazione, dove potrete cogliere tutte le sfumature organolettiche dei nostri vini giovani e d’annata. Ogni bicchiere sarà abbinato ai migliori prodotti toscani di stagione, per deliziare il vostro palato e nutrire la vostra anima.

Itinerario
Passeggiando per il vigneto, usando parole semplici e chiare, analizzeremo le tecniche agronomiche in relazione al ciclo biologico della vite e le tecniche per la conservazione e la rigenerazione delle risorse rurali.
In cantina si parlerà dei principi fondamentali della vinificazione di qualità, in tutte le fasi cruciali del processo uva-vino: DE-pigiatura-pigiatura, fermentazione alcolica, macerazione, fermentazione malolattica, svinatura, maturazione e affinamento.
Nella sala degustazione degusteremo 5 dei nostri pregiati vini biologici. Stimoleremo i sensi a catturare ogni sottile nota olfattivo-gustativa dei nostri prodotti. Una sinfonia di emozioni che solo i grandi vini sanno regalare. Per deliziare il vostro palato e nutrire la vostra anima, ogni bicchiere di vino sarà abbinato ad un prodotto di stagione e al nostro pregiato Olio Extravergine di Oliva Biologico.

Picture yourself in the heart of the Tuscany wine world and with this tour, you are there. Learned about how the grapes are nurtured in the vineyard, how they are processed in the cellar and most importantly how they can be enjoyed (5 tastings) when paired with great fresh food.
A great wine tour and wine tasting! You get a nice tour with lots of information. A welcoming man with a lot of energy and humor. The lunch with 6 different wines was delicious! Highly recommended🍇🍷

The wine tasting was an incredible experience, the highlight of our trip to Siena. The tour guide was excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. They were very generous with the wine and food, and accommodating for vegetarians. Would strongly recommend for all!
Very nice wine tasting with food that both suited wines and locally based. The guide was exemplary and told interesting things about the vineyard, the production and the wines as such.
Excellent, my daughter and i would highly recommend La Lastra! Very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and humorous! We met with both Lorenzo & John Luigi and they are a great team! The facility/grounds were gorgeous. The lovely family served our delicious homemade pasta lunch with homegrown vegetables from their garden followed by a homemade dessert! We also appreciated that their vineyard and vegetable garden are all organic! And last but not least, their wine is delicious! And this experience is only a 45 minute walk from Sienas city centre! Great experience with a funny down to earth guide who shared the best and not so great aspects of wine and olive oil growing and harvesting. The wine tasting was very enjoyable and the food was very good. I would highly recommend this wine tasting to anyone interested in learning more about Italian wines.
