In questo tour ottieni l'accesso esclusivo a uno dei luoghi sportivi più esclusivi del Qatar presso la pista da corsa Al-Sahaniya Camel, conosciuti come gli "sport degli sceicchi" e scopri dove vengono addestrati i cammelli tra un torneo e l'altro. Alla fine della costa occidentale c'è un posto chiamato Zekreet riconosciuto dall'UNESCO come una delle Riserve della Biosfera del mondo. Situato a soli 80 km dal centro di Doha. Zekreet ospita grandi scarpate e formazioni calcaree modellate da forti venti ed erosione nel corso di decenni. Una volta raggiunto lì, sarai testimone di alcuni dei luoghi pittoreschi del paesaggio desertico più singolari. Puoi vedere la formazione di rocce a ombrello dove il Mar Arabico incontra le formazioni di roccia calcarea. Incastonata tra formazioni rocciose calcaree fuori Zekreet, appena a nord di Doha, si trova l'installazione di sculture East-West/West-East di Richard Serra. Composta da quattro lastre di acciaio, ciascuna delle quali di oltre 14 m di altezza, l'installazione si estende per oltre 1 km ed è sempre testimone di Sun Set And Sun Rise.

Sam was a great guide, he shared enlightening comments about the city and the tour, the west coast is impressive and we even had a bit of an off road experience. Visit to the camel racetrack was lots of fun, so many camels gathered for their training at the racetrack and also crossing the main road, loved the ride.
We really enjoyed seeing the camel training facility. Be aware that you will not see racing but the training is very unique and interesting. Our guide was very informative, Sajid. We went to the desert and saw very interesting sculptures.
Very interesting and different tour. Excellent experience in the desert. Our guide, Sajid Khan, was very nice, informative and we always felt in good hands. We learned so much about the camel racing/training and the desert formations. Highly recommend.
Great itinerary and professionally organized tour. Our driver and guide Yam was very kind and attentive to every detail and was prepared both on the places we visited and on other general aspects of life in Qatar. The experience in the camel circuit (which are actually dromedaries) of Al Shahaniya in my opinion is a must if you visit this country; when we went there were no races, but seeing the camels training makes the idea equally clear. The second part of the tour was equally interesting, The desert of the west is rocky and therefore very different from the sandy desert of the south. You arrive at the fort of Zekreet and see the installations of Richard Serra
Must go. Different experience. Check the timing of the race before going there. Better to hire a car for half day. Leave early in the morning for race. By 12 noon everything is basically finished.

Saleh is the best driver ever see!! thanks for all!!! It's already the second excursion we do with it. The first one we went to the desert, to the sea and to ride a camel, it was incredible!!!!
