Total scam. Paid a premium for timed entry ticket and audio guide. Wanted to avoid waiting in line in the heat so thought it made sense. We rushed to make it on time only to find we did not have timed entry so waited line in the heat. Museum was great but Viator was lousy.

Great place to go on a hot day. Impressive art. The shop and cafe area was nice, but extremely crowded during the hot part of the day.

Viator sent me a ticket for a different person and for a different museum. Therefore I did not receive the audio tour and had to wait in the “person without timed ticket” line. I called before arriving to clear it up and they said it would be okay with just the one ticket. They refuse to give me a refund which is bad business practice.

Entry is a major pain. I recommend coming at least 40 minutes early. After entering there are various good paintings and a very good center exhibition on the ground floor.

Smaller museum than expected. Perfect for an audio tour on your own. You have time to listen to the 1-3 minute summary for each painting. Monet’s Water Lillies murals are stunning. Something everyone should see in their lifetime.
