Very communicative. You have to keep walking until you get outside . I also got the champagne very cold and the van was very cool
Excellent round-trip service between the airport and our hotel. HQT was highly professional and reliable. A huge thanks to our driver, Alex, who was punctual, extremely friendly, and helpful with our bags. The ride was smooth and very comfortable. Five stars all the way!

Easy to book and great communication. Both drivers were super friendly and helpful. A little tricky finding the right spot coming out of the airport when we landed, but you just need to keep walking and look for their signage.
Very poor experience both on collection transfer (very rude driver who when we tipped on drop off he didn't say thank you and just walked off) and then again on my return transfer to airport (initially a wrong date I entered for collection but a flight number was included which I thought was for flight checks or delays) Would never use again for my airport transfer's, the driver didn't answer phone to confirm a price as they insisted there would be a additional charge because the somebody had come to collect s day earlier so there would be a fee but never confirmed the price before we travelled and the pick up time needed to be earlier as they were insisting a 1.30pm collection for a 4.40pm flight but again driver wouldn't answer phone so we had 5 minutes to spare and had to book another taxi to get us to airport as to not miss our flight at a cost of 100 dollars (£80) I had been online with Viator since 7.30am and it took most of morning trying to resolve and chase issue (very poor) The return journey was a much more professional company so in future we would do transfers that way and AVOID doing it this way

When the error was discovered, you chose to communicate only through Viator and declined to contact us directly. Because we were unable to communicate with you in real time, it was not possible to arrange a new transfer at the last minute. Last-minute changes are subject to vehicle and driver availability and may involve additional charges. Our team remained in contact with Viator throughout the process and did everything possible within the circumstances. We booked this private transfer and they communicated so well with us! We knew where to find them at the airport, they picked us up within 5 minutes of our arrival and the vans were nice and cool. The drivers were very nice and friendly, and made the 30 minute drive very fast and easy. Highly recommend and we will use them again!!
I paid for a round trip and they did not pick me up for my return to the airport. When I first contacted them, they told me that the pickup was confirmed for 2:30 PM, and when the time came and I contacted them again, they claimed that my trip was one-way only. I want them to refund half of my money because I had to find a private taxi.
Lamentamos que haya tenido esta impresión. Sin embargo, nuestros registros indican que el chofer sí se presentó para su recogida de regreso al aeropuerto y permaneció esperando en el lobby por más de 20 minutos. Entendemos que pudo haber existido alguna confusión en la comunicación, pero queremos aclarar que el servicio de regreso sí fue programado y el chofer estuvo en el lugar para realizarlo. Lamentamos que finalmente no pudieran encontrarse y que haya tenido que tomar otro medio de transporte.
Poor communication. Can’t find a phone number or contact info. Email confirmation isn’t helpful either. I would not recommend them at all

Great experience. When you get to airport walk all the way out like your are leaving , they are a private pickup. Don’t get confused by the pick ups inside. They had a clear sign with my name , took me directly to the vehicle , and straight to me resort. Friendly & helpful
