Pick-up è incluso dalla maggior parte degli hotel e resort nella zona di Bávaro-Punta Cana. Per la zona di Cap Cana, è necessario richiedere un pass di accesso in modo che possiamo entrare nella proprietà. Il trasporto non è incluso per le prenotazioni dello stesso giorno o per gli alloggi situati nelle zone di Friusa o Verón – gli ospiti in questi casi devono arrivare al punto di incontro da soli. La sera prima del tour, riceverai una conferma con l'orario esatto del prelievo e se sarà nella hall del tuo hotel o al gate di sicurezza. Nella maggior parte degli hotel, i prelievi vengono effettuati al gate di sicurezza a meno che non si richieda e non si ottenga un pass di accesso speciale per raggiungere la hall. I pick-up iniziano entro un'ora prima dell'inizio del tour. Si prega di essere pronti nel luogo confermato 5 minuti prima dell'orario di prelievo previsto. Il nostro autista scatterà una foto della Lobby o Gate all'arrivo. Se non sarai presente entro 10 minuti, sarà considerato un no-show. I no-show non sono rimborsabili.

Excellent company, great service. Chris was a great tour guide. All the stops were amazing and beyond!
Great excursion! We all had a lot of fun! The check in process was easy and they picked us up right at the hotel. Communication about pick up was also clear and thorough! The cenote was so amazing! I do wish we had more time there.. it was crowded but you have to pay attention to see if people are in line to go into the water or just stand to take pics! If we had gone around the people just taking pics we would have had more time for swimming & jumping in! The house you go to see how they make coffee and green tea was ok… make sure you ask prices of the drinks! It was very expensive. They also did not give prices of the products and we felt a little scammed at the end by how much everything was and felt we had to haggle with them and that’s not what I’m used to or want to do. I’d rather just know the price and decide if I want it or not! But it was informative and the free samples were delicious! The Macao beach was so beautiful! It was much clearer than the beach at our hotel. There are lots of vendors and they will charge you to take pics with the animals. I didn’t feel they were pushy tho and if I said no thank you they moved along. Overall we loved it and would do it again! It was fun for all ages, we had an 8 & 16 year old with us and both had fun! Very affordable for the excursion itself!
Loved the buggies Couple of things I think can get change is when you go to cenote is that they should let each party go in and next party leave. Instead of cramming all in. Then at beach I would have loved more time 20 min they give u went fast if you going to buy or take pictures. But it was a great experience.
Amazing ! Our tour guides took us through local areas and I needed every bit of our ride. Everyone is accommodating and also made sure we were protected in spaces we were unfamiliar. Thank you thank you thank you

Ngl this exercusions was worth everything. From the buggy to the cave and then the beach, the local shops and food along the way 10/10. Really would recommend Chris and Philippe they really made this experience the best. Even when we had some troubles w the driving there was constant reassurance and made us feel at ease and overall really fun and homey. They were def a vibe we was even singing
