We had a wonderful time exploring the Island of Orleans and Montmorency Falls with Madeleine. It was like sightseeing with a good friend who knows everything about the area. The group of six peppered her with questions and she was so knowledgeable with her stories. We first had a beautiful stop at the falls, with plenty of time to take pictures. Madeleine knew the secret of starting at the top of the falls and then taking a cable car down because the line at the bottom of the falls to take the cable car up was probably 100+ people. We then stopped at 4 different locations. We were served homemade squash soup and chips, maple syrup, jam and scones, a charcuterie board with lots of wine, and ciders. We definitely left full and even had some leftovers. Most of the group didn't book dinner reservations and agreed that we only wanted something light. We loved the fact that we were given a jar of jam to take home and we loved the intimacy of the tour. Madeleine made it so enjoyable and it was so interesting to hear her personal story of how she ended up being a tour guide. It certainly made my wife and I introspective about our jobs and whether we were doing the things we love. A great day all around!
What an amazing introduction to the lovely city of Quebec, and the beutiful waterfall of Montmorency and Ile d'Orleans. Our guide, Lynn, was just incredible. Lynn was full of historical knowledge about the falls, the island, and all things Canada. The day spent on the island was great. Wonderful stops, sampling jam, jelly, cheese, wine, and bread, all locally produced. The views were great and the Island so important to the City. You cannot go wrong with this tour or with this tour company. They were very reponsive, reasonably priced, very professional and, most importantly, brought the highlights of Quebec, and the outskirts, to life!
This was a perfect experience with an amazing guide, Danielle. I was also lucky to go with a small group of four. Every stop was educational and tasty. Danielle gave us a wonderful overview of the island and its history. She also threw in ordering tips on restaurants. I highly recommend this tour.
My daughter and I booked this tour literally last minute (the night before). Emily (owner) called me that evening and also texted and emailed me with details. I told her we had already seen the falls so she offered us other options in addition to the island wineries ( downtown tour, or cathedral tour). She was extremely accommodating and flexible! Our guide Madeline was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire experience joyful and memorable. Obviously she was called at the very last minute to conduct our tour, but you would not have known it. She was amazing. Our driver Mourad was also very attentive and provided safe transportation throughout the day. Overall a five-star experience. I would absolutely do this tour again just for the people involved.
Our private VIP Agritourism Food Tour of Île d’Orléans & Montmorency Falls was one of the highlights of our trip to Quebec! From the moment Étienne and Aurèle picked us up at our hotel until they dropped us back off six hours later, we felt like true VIPs. Every detail of the day was thoughtfully planned, and all we had to do was relax and enjoy ourselves. Étienne was an exceptional guide—knowledgeable, charming, funny, and simply a joy to spend the day with. His love for Île d’Orléans and its people was evident everywhere we went. We learned about the island’s history, maple syrup production, orchards, vineyards, local farms, and even toured a fascinating Cold War bunker that we never would have discovered on our own. The food was outstanding! We enjoyed squash soup, maple treats, fresh local cheeses, charcuterie, and one of our favorite moments was relaxing with lattes, warm scones, and homemade jams overlooking the beautiful St. Lawrence River. The service was impeccable. At Montmorency Falls, Aurèle dropped us off at the top so we could enjoy the spectacular views and ride the gondola down, then met us at the bottom so we never had to backtrack. It was that kind of thoughtful attention to detail throughout the entire day that made this tour so special. We were also glad we chose to take the tour on a Saturday. While Old Quebec was bustling with visitors, Île d’Orléans offered a peaceful escape with beautiful countryside, gentle breezes, and a much more relaxed pace. If you’re visiting Quebec City, don’t miss this tour. It was worth every minute, and we can’t recommend Étienne, Aurèle, and the VIP Agritourism Food Tour highly enough. We enjoyed it so much that we’re already talking about bringing a group of friends back to experience it with us!

This was a unique and wonderful way to spend a beautiful day exploring the Isle d'Orleans with no stress.
This was a very pleasant tour. The food and drink were excellent and our guide and driver were great. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
We had the BEST day! Our driver and tour guide Lynn were top notch. We were royally treated to spectacular views of Montmorency Falls, a beautiful tour of Ile d’Orleans, and wonderful food and beverage tastings at lovely boutique farms, and at the same time receiving a fantastic narrative of the area’s history. The camaraderie was such a joy. A heartfelt thank you, for making this the highlight of our weekend getaway. Nancy and Dev
