Mamoun's è stato il primo locale di falafel a New York, aperto nel 1971 da un uomo siriano di nome Mamoun. L'attività è ora gestita dai suoi figli, ma 50 anni dopo questo incredibile piccolo buco nel muro serve ancora incredibili falafel a comici, musicisti e studenti tutto il giorno e fino a tarda notte.
Non il solito ristorante newyorkese, ma Two Boots è un negozio vivace e colorato con cibo eccezionale e un'atmosfera amichevole. Si trova in uno spazio che un tempo ospitava un bar lesbico che si rifiutava di servire uomini, ma oggi Two Boots accoglie tutti. Qui succedono cose interessanti.

Questo locale fusion latino/indiano è di proprietà di una donna con mamma portoricana e padre indiano, e il personale è composto in gran parte da nepalesi. Questo posto incarna il meglio di New York. Innovazione, tradizione e duro lavoro. Il cibo è unico, colorato e delizioso, e suonano ottima musica.
Concludiamo la serata al Marie's Crisis Cafe, un delizioso bar sotterraneo dove puoi cantare con un pianista dal vivo le tue canzoni preferite. È una bella visita, anche se Broadway non fa per te.
Questi biscotti cambiano davvero la vita. E Janie ha una storia carina di superare gli ostacoli. È un posto carino con un personale cordiale e biscotti in crosta di torta davvero incredibili. Vale sempre la pena fermarsi.
Sia che ci fermiamo per un drink o ci fermiamo a Christopher Park per immergerci nell'atmosfera, lo Stonewall è una visita imperdibile nel West Village. Oggi monumento nazionale, lo Stonewall è stato il luogo di una fondamentale rivolta del 1969 che ha galvanizzato il moderno movimento per i diritti dei gay. Uno dei tanti luoghi culturali estremamente influenti che visiteremo nel West Village.

One of the best tours we’ve been on. Morgan’s such a brilliant tour guide. Everything was so relaxed and he catered for everyone and what we all wanted to see and try. Can’t recommend this tour enough, there’s so much involved that you’ve never experience

Morgan was the BEST tour guide. We've been on food tours in Boston, Rome and lastly, New York! We learned so much while on our tour and genuinely had the best time strolling through the village and eating our way around. Just book it! You will not regret your time spent . My husband and I had a great time on our tour with Morgan. He was very knowledgeable about the area and made the tour fun and interactive. We loved that he incorporated stories about the history of the area. We ate food that we otherwise would not have tried, everything tasted great, and he gave recommendations for places that we didn’t stop at. The tour is free flowing with the ability to change food stops.

My husband, daughter, and I went on an adventure with Morgan. Morgan is a fantastic tour guide! What we loved about him the most is that it felt like we were eating and walking with an old friend. He introduced to us to an array of tasty and cozy cultural food options and pastries, the story behind the restaurants, historical events, hidden gems, nightclubs, some celebrity homes, and much more. He even stopped at Carrie Bradshaw's apartment upon my request! We highly recommend a tour with Morgan. You won't be disappointed or bored. Believe me, we are back in LA now, and we are still talking about how much fun we had with him! We learned so much about the city and the people in it. He made it exciting for our whole family and long-lasting memories! We had about 10 tours in NYC while visiting for a week, and this tour was by far our favorite!!!

I am a lifelong New Yorker. My wife is not but we’ve both lived in Manhattan for 26 years — and we’ve always thought walking food tours were something only tourists did. Last night proved us completely wrong. We joined the "Village Nights: Greenwich Village Food Crawl" with Morgan as our guide, and it turned out to be one of the best nights out we’ve had in years. Morgan is a phenomenal guide: knowledgeable, engaging, and full of fascinating stories that even native New Yorkers like us didn’t know. Along the way, we learned so much about the Village’s history — from Washington Square Park to the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory fire to the Stonewall riots and more. The food and drink stops were outstanding. Some were hidden gems we’d never noticed, and others were places we’d walked past for years without realizing how good they were. From falafels to Indian fusion tacos, pizza, pomme frites, and dessert, everything we tried was delicious. The mix of history, culture, and incredible food made the whole evening fly by. What really made the experience special was Morgan’s ability to weave together the neighborhood’s stories with today’s flavors, making the Village come alive in a way that felt authentic and fun. Whether you’re a visitor or a longtime New Yorker, I can’t recommend this tour enough. We’re already planning to bring friends on it next time. Thank you, Morgan, for such a memorable night!
