this tour was extremely well organized. The email reminders were very helpful in pinpointing exactly where to check in. The check-in process was smooth. Our tour guide, Mark, was fabulous. He was engaged, Friendly, well spoken, and quite knowledgeable. He pointed out many aspects of the statue that were quite informative. We visited over the Labor Day weekend and I imagine this is why there were lots of people waiting to embark and disembark. We were traveling with children, so the abbreviated tour was appropriate for them. Interestingly, they absorbed a great deal of what Mark had to say, which pleasantly surprised us. In the future, we would love to couple another visit to liberty Island with the ability to go inside the statue. I would advise you to make this clear on the website that admission to the statue requires much advanced planning and a separate ticket. However, all in all, we were very pleased with the experience. We would like to visit when there were not such enormous crowds, however.

It was awesome. Jack was our tour guide and he was awesome. Told you facts you would never have known. Lived on Long Island 50 years, never went to the statute of Liberty. Can up from Florida on weekend trip and did this tour.
My daughter & I were in town for Harry Styles...and decided to do some touristy things. I booked this based on the ratings, and we were not disappointed. Citlali was our guide, and she was really amazing. She had tons of information & history, along with being personable & getting to know her guests. She was really clear with time/meeting points for the ferry, and we appreciated that she stuck to it! I would recommend this company....and highly recommend Citlali!!!
It was a wonderful experience. Our tour guide was elaborate, friendly and patient. Overall had a wonderful time.
The tour was really good! Made better by a superb guide Erika from Experience First. She was so knowledgeable, interesting, engaging and fun. Would highly recommend this tour. You can add to the experience by purchasing additional tickets to get into the podium and statue (which are limited, so book well in advance). It is a long tour so allow for 5 hours.
