The driver ask you extra fees without letting you know. The driver suggested to get the tickets just by using your passport. Don’t accept. It is better to get the tickets for yourself and choose the way to go up and go back by slide car or cable car.

Everything perfect, the driver arrived on time, took us to the entrance of the Great Wall and then took us back to the hotel when we finished our tour. No shopping stops or anything, a perfect trip, we had the chance to turn the wall with few people as we left early at the time chosen by us.
I booked the private transfer for my family from the hotel to the mutianyu section. When booking, I asked questions about whether to book entrance tickets for the wall and they helped me with the link to use. The driver was on time to pick us up down from the hotel. The car was extremely comfortable. Arriving at the parking lot the driver took us until the departure of the shuttle to take to the gondola. I highly recommend this experience.
Unbelievable place but I guess I'm not teaching you anything by saying that... Friendly and punctual driver. Comfortable vehicle on the way and back. Only downside, our driver encouraged us to go to lunch in an expensive Chinese restaurant and not good after the walk...
The views were amazing and I would definitely recommend the tour bus for anyone looking to experience this. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
Was picked up on time and on location even though we changed it at the last minute. The van was in excellent condition and the driver was very good. Anna our guide was excellent, spoke very good English and was very informative and also very helpful. I would book with them again and would certainly recommend them. We went to the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall.
