3. Lago Sevan - Il lago Sevan di alta montagna è la "perla dell'Armenia". Lago Sevan - situato a un'altitudine di 1.900 m sul livello del mare nel centro dell'altopiano armeno, 63 km a nord-est della capitale armena della città di Yerevan ed è il più grande dei laghi del Caucaso.
4. Sevanavank- Il complesso monastico Sevanavank si trova sulla penisola di Sevan. Nel 305 fu fondata da San Gregorio l'Illuminatore, che costruì la chiesa sul luogo di un tempio pagano. Il monastero era severo poiché era destinato principalmente a quei monaci di Etchmiadzin che avevano peccato. Jean-Marie Chopin, un esploratore francese del Caucaso, vi visitò nel 1830 e scrisse di un regime che limitava carne, vino, giovani o donne. Un altro esploratore visitò il monastero nel 1850 e scrisse di come i manoscritti venivano ancora copiati manualmente.
Qui è prevista una sosta facoltativa al punto ristoro di Tsovagyugh, dove potrete riposarvi e mangiare qualcosa.
Il tour vi porterà poi nel nord dell'Armenia, dove sarete circondati da una natura meravigliosa. Attraverserete la "Svizzera armena", la città di Dilijan. Faremo una sosta al lago Parz, la perla di Dilijan. Il lago Parz è meraviglioso in qualsiasi periodo dell'anno. In estate, potrete rilassarvi dal caldo, grazie alle correnti fredde e ai fitti alberi che circondano il lago. Il lago Parz è famoso per il suo aspetto: la superficie a specchio riflette appieno i colori della foresta circostante; in estate e in primavera, sfumature di verde, in autunno, rosso e oro, e nell'inverno nevoso, una bellezza speciale in blu e bianco.
La prossima tappa è la Ijevan Wine Brandy Factory, dove potrai goderti una visita guidata nella cantina e assaggiare vino e brandy armeni. Incluso: - 2 tipi di vino: Sargon rosso o bianco, vino di melograno (può essere un altro vino comune o vino di frutta) - Brandy armeno invecchiato 7 anni - Piatto di formaggi - Frutta secca - Cioccolato - Acqua Ijevan Wine-Brandy Factory è una delle prime cantine in Armenia fondata nel 1951. La fabbrica produce brandy di alta qualità, vini d'uva e di frutta, vini spumanti, vodka, succhi e conserve varie.

It was a great experience travelling with Jan Armenia Tours. Luiza is very friendly and responsive to my questions regarding the booking prior to the tour. Arthur, our driver, is also very experienced, friendly and patient (for the long driving hours) The tour is well organised - perfect for those who want to move between the cities and visit the sightseeing spots in between. Lake Sevan and Lake Parz are very beautiful and quite different. The Ijevan wine and brandy factory tour is interesting too. Everything is true to the experience descriptions. Additionally, we were late to schedule due to congestion at the border and traffic at Tbilisi due to protest, he was always patient and calm with these situations. Due to the protest and road closure he had to drop us off to the nearest location but he provided all the instructions we needed and was very apologetic even that was not his fault. Luiza also checked in on us upon this issue to make sure we arrived at the hotel.

This is a great way to travel between the two cities! The stops along the way were nicely spaced and our driver was very knowledgeable and answered all our many questions. The wine and brandy factory tour and tasting was a highlight.

Everything was perfect! Davit, the driver, was on time at my hotel in Yerevan, and we went through three stops: Lake Sevan (going to the Sevanavank monastery), then to the Dilijan national park, and finally, after lunch, Davit guided me to a winery in Ijevan. It was my first experience in a winery and I loved it. Then we made our way to Tbilisi. The driver was very professional, kind, and gave me lots of time in each stop so I could truly enjoy the trip. As for the company, excellent communication. I recommend them 5/5 stars.
A friend took several tours, wanted to see the sights of Armenia at most in a short time. We were very lucky that there was a Tbilisi-Yerevan Vacation Package and we did not just spend time travelling from point A to point B, but with great pleasure and warmth Mr. Vachigan visited interesting places along the way. The service is at an altitude of 👍Definitely recommended. We are very happy that Jan Armenia was chosen. We visited the locations that were planned in a day. Our Guide answered a lot of our questions, and talked about traditions and attractions. Delighted with the Ijevan Winery and Cognac, we were given a tour, a tasting. We got acquainted with the production of wine, cognac, vodka. The day was easy and very heartwarming. Thanks to the organizers for such a great Vacation Package🤍

This was a great way to go between Yerevan and Tbilisi with stops in Sevan and Dilijan. David was a great driver and very friendly. The car was spacious with AC. The change in landscape after Sevan from barren slopes to alpine foredts is stark and beautiful. At times we were along the border with Azerbaijan and could see the watch-towers facing each other across the valley with abandoned homes inbetween.

Tour went smoothly and as promised. We visited Dilijan and then Sevan lake, and our driver David helped arrange lunch with delicious fish at a local restaurant. A good and reliable service. Thank you!
