Cat (the cook), took care of our whole family (my wife and 7 kids!!). The view is unreal as she teaches you how to cook. Highlight of the trip.

The cooking class, tour of the winery, castle and celler was amazing! One of our favorite experiences in Italy as a family. It was so much fun, even our teenage boys enjoyed. We prepared a dessert and two pasta dishes. Although I am an experienced cook, I had never made fresh pasta and it was a great introduction. We sampled some wines while cooking and were served seveal kinds on wine durring the lunch. We dined outside with the beautiful Tuscsn landscape in the background. It was a perfect way to spend thr afternoon!

We had an amazing time at our cooking class today at Brunello Winery! Our sommelier Lorenzo provide a fantastic overview of the vineyard, history and process for making the wine. Our chef Cat was wonderful and was super fun stepping us through making ricotta stuff ravioli with a brown butter sage sauce, Tagliatella in a simple tomato sauce and tiramisu dessert! Of course the best part was eating what we had prepared and tasting the wine selection on the patio over looking the vineyard!

This was a great experience and such a perfect way to spend an afternoon in Tuscany. Learn to make pasta with the most stunning view, taste some of the wine from the vineyard, and enjoy a lonely lunch or dinner. I’m celiac and not only were they able to cater to me but Kat was very knowledgeable and took extra steps to make sure I was safe. Would definitely do it again!

This was a truly wonderful way to spend an afternoon in Italy. Kat, the chef and instructor, was lovely, knowledgeable and attentive. Making the food overseeing a storied Tuscan winery was picture perfect and the food itself was delicious. You also only share the space with one or two other couples so it’s very easy to make quick friends while you enjoy a memorable 3 course meal with excellent wine pairings.

Everyone was great. Alice was great as was cat. Cat made the class into an experience, that gave us a memory to look back at that we will look at years from now, and warm our hearts. Love ya ,Terry and Pete.

Superb experience! The winery tour and Tuscan history was very enlightening. The wine tour super interesting along with understanding future challenges. And then we COOKED! Cat was super engaging and knowledgeable of her craft. Guided and educated us. And had a ton of laughs. The food…Heavenly! Gratzie!
