Un tour dei tre i quartieri nel centro storico dei Sassi con soste panoramiche e curiosità sulla recente storia della città di Matera: da vergogna nazionale a città conosciuta e apprezzata a livello mondiale. Il percorso ha una durata di circa un’ora e in questo tempo i visitatori potranno osservare la zona del Piano, cioè la parte a ridosso dei Sassi e conoscere i luoghi storici da un’altra prospettiva. La zona del Piano è in realtà la prima area edificata subito dopo i Sassi a cavallo del Rinascimento. Nelle richieste particolari inserire l'orario di partenza di preferenza!

A really nice and fun way to get your bearings in Matera. Recommended for when you first arrive. Gets you out of the direct heat of the day for an hour and the tour guide had some really interesting insights into Matera's history as well as current life in the town.

Brilliant tour, wished it was longer but the grid was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also recommended other bits to do in the area which we did. Highly recommend this tour. It’s a great way of seeing the sights without having to walk in the heat.

Vito was already ready for our departure and gave us a wonderful and relaxing tour of the city and told in good English many details about the history of the city and the sassi. Stopped at a few places to look at things and take pictures. Great!
