Naturalmente, una guida locale e un autista professionista saranno sempre con voi, vi accompagneranno in un tour del centro città, fermandosi dove e quando desiderate, per un viaggio confortevole tra le ripide colline di Lisbona, dove nemmeno il tram 28 arriva a causa delle stradine strette! I visited Lisbon for three days with TUK TUK, our guide was Isaac and his brother Jonas. Polite, courteous, and above all, they helped us enjoy this beautiful city. The cost is worth the experience!
We waited for the Tuktuk 1h, of course during this hour I contacted Viator, the provider, several times. The Viator agents were quick and competent, but the service provider did not help us: he had to contact us no news, I remind him, he finds us a guide who does not come and does not contact us (contrary to what he had just told us), I remind him, he finds us another guide but who comes 20 minutes later... I explain to him that we have been waiting for 1 hour, that we really lose patience especially since I am with my grandparents and parents waiting desperately up (for fear of missing him), he talks to me about a possible refund but in 5 days... I just ask him to hurry. I asked for a commercial gesture later by message but I still have no news... all for the Tuktuk to arrive and, other the fact that honestly the experience is not the most friendly since we see nothing if there is a canvas over our head, the driver tells us that we can not go to the place I ask because we do not have time, so live the « personalized route 100% »... on the other hand our driver was accommodating and kind, thanks to him! The result: very embarrassed about my grandparents and a big waste of time. I really do not recommend booking this activity, at least with this option.
Mario was our guide and we can’t recommend him highly enough! His historical and practical knowledge made us feel at home and was fascinating. Friendly and a lot of fun. We took the 4 hour tour and it’s a great way to see the city up close.
Eduardo knows his city and its history. He gave us several interesting explanations and showed us around all the places of interest included in the tour. We loved our experience!
Car seats were brought, such an enjoyable way to see the town with kids. Our guide was amazing. Likely our favorite day.
We did the 15 minute excursion. Eduardo was prompt and professional. He offered us a few options to see the city of Lisboa but since we had other plans, we didnt take up his offer. The 15 mins went by fast. His Tuk Tuk was clean and tidy
While we really enjoyed the 4 hour tour of Lisbon and the company of our driver, I feel I need to mention that this city has mostly pebble roads and the Tuk Tuks have virtually no suspension. Two months later I am still experiencing intermittent pain on my tail bone. Strong advice, at least take a good rubber cushion as I had trouble walking the next several days.
Eduardo was quite knowledgeable and was able to bring Lisbon ancient & medieval history alive. He was able to answer our questions and then explain how these events happened and may have consequences today.
Visit to all the typical and most interesting places of the city, accompanied by excellent historical descriptions. We adore
A wonderful guide in Felisberto Ribeiro, who drives for Tuk Tuk tours. 2 hours of conversation and information in Spanish and English. It's very entertaining. Very safe.
