Pick up was smooth. I had the same driver for my round trip transportation which was really great. He was communicative and extremely friendly. Ii will definitely use this company when I return.

My husband and I were pick up by Gabriel. He was nice and knowledgeable. The transportation was nice, smooth and the driving was excellent if you keep in mind that in DR this is something rare. The luxury of the car was awesome. I would definitely recommend this company is your looking for luxury and privacy.

Sergio who picked me up from the airport the day I arrived was polite and professional. Jorge who dropped me off at the airport was also professional and polite. The only negative thing I have to say is I couldn't find Sergio when I arrived. I sent a message to GlobalDT the morning of. And sometimes the way technology works there could be a delay which in my case there was. Once I landed all of my messages didn’t load right away it took a little bit , so I didn’t know where to locate the transportation. A confirmation should be sent out from GlobalDT to the client 24hrs before and day of once arriving just so the client knows where GlobalDT is located when getting picked up. Other than that I will be using them again.

Our transportation was the best!! They called me in advance to make sure everything was right for my sister's birthday. They even added her favorite drink. They picked us up from the airport on time and had us back to the airport on time. I will recommend them to anyone who's traveling to Punta Cana.

Communication was absolutely amazing with Management!! Driver was punctual & very professional also was very cautious in transporting us to & from our destinations. The Escalade was immaculate & freshly detailed on both arrival & departures. I will most definitely be using them again!
