Excellent experience. Try this company if you want to easy transport from airport to hotel! The ride was smooth and fun and Carlos was very gracious and knowledgeable.
Great experience with the round trip transportation to our hotel in Playa del Carmen. When we landed, we didn’t have checked bags and got through passport control very quickly so our driver wasn’t there yet but he called me and then provided water and beer on the drive! Coming back to the airport, the company communicated our pickup time the day before and our driver was there on time and got us to the airport with plenty of time.

Shuttle service was great! Pick up from airport was easy! We found driver quickly with name on white board. Driver was nice and loaded all bags with 10 people. Drive was great to hotel! Highly recommend private shuttle, especially with a large group. Worth the money!

Our flight was supposed to arrive at 5:00PM, kept getting delayed until we landed at 11:40PM. HE STAYED IN CONTACT WITH US THE ENTIRE TIME. When we arrived he was kind and curious even though it was late in the evening.
