Great service. Had to change our departure time and their customer service through WhatsApp was very helpful. Great communication (email, text, App) throughout. Very easy to find representatives at the airport with their green shirts. Shuttle drivers were timely, friendly, and safe. Shuttles were modern and comfortable. Will definitely be booking with them again on our next Cancún visit.
Everything worked out great, exiting the airport you see the happy shuttle employees wearing green shirts just left of the exit. We approached them, we gave them our names and we were checked in. We waited a few minutes for others to arrive from their flights and then we were escorted to their vehicles. Once there we met our driver, verified our destination, they loaded our luggage and we were on out way. Our return was even easier, our driver arrived and was there prior to our scheduled pick up time, verified who we are, destination and loaded our luggage and we were on our way. Both drivers were kind and spoke english and engaged in great conversation.

Clean, comfortable with air conditioning, and courteous drivers. Will use Happy Shuttle again next time we are in Cancun.
Getting to the guide at the airport was a bit hectic, but once we found him we were in the best of hands from the time he connected us to the driver until the driver dropped us at the hotel. Pick up for on the day of our departure was also superb. Highly recommend!

Great experience with happy shuttle! Easy to find when leaving the airport. Nice and very clean suv for our private transfer. Our driver Jamie was so nice and a very safe driver! Pick up was right on time when leaving the resort. We definitely will use them again!!! Great experience!!!!

Van was nice. Driver was good. I would have rated them a 5 star except for the +30 min wait time at the airport upon arrival. This was with a reservation. (Waiting is on the concrete outside the terminal, no benches).
