Delay for pickup time at the hotel and no confirmation for the return 24 hours before our return. As stated in the confirmation. The vehicle that came to pick us up at the hotel smelled like marijuana.

Third time in Punta Cana, and this is by far the best transfer service we've ever used. They were waiting for us with our name, so there was no hassle finding them at the airport, and they kept communicating with us. Both drivers were really nice and friendly. Super recommended and will definitely use again in our next visit.
It was very easy to communicate via Viator app and WhatsApp. And luckily the airport hade Wifi that was very helpful. It seems that everyone communicates through the WhatsApp here. The driver was very nice and friendly. Very clean car and had AC.
Arriving at Punta Cana airport, we searched for more than 40 minutes for the pick-up location. No indication of where to find the driver and even less announcement indicating our name. This is the only difficulty because the driver brought us to the right place in the right time.
