Mahklouf was waiting for us when we landed. He texted us a picture so we knew who and what to look for. He was patient with us as our walking was a little slower than his even though he had our bags. Our trip to the hotel was quick and uneventful, and Mahklouf pointed out landmarks for us and told us a little about his history.
Undependable. The driver didn’t show up, we had to track him down and it took over an hour. I won’t use again. No price adjustment, just lots of “sorries”.
It would have been a 5 Star rating had it not been that our reservation was not recognized by Elite Transport until I called after arriving at the Paris airport! They immediately acknowledged the issue and sent a driver very quickly. The wait time was very acceptable. The vehicle and driver could not have been better. Everything ended well!
Our driver was friendly and efficient. He met us at the airport and transported our luggage to the car. The car was clean and comfortable. We had good conversation.
Very pleasant experience, the Chofer was friendly and car was cleaned. Traffic was horrible and even though, was driving with patience and safety.
Transport was on time and it got us to our hotel safe, they picked us up on time. Everything was great
