They were over 15 minutes late for pick up at both locations. Vehicles were not in good condition and one of the drivers was very reckless.

Was not picked up. Spent over an hour trying to find someone else I believe was honest to get us to our hotel. No communication before our arrival if they needed any info from me but took the money though. Go figure....When I called a viator rep, they were useless. Couldn't understand them and they seem to not care of the delimma I was having.

Be sure Viator provides the name of the transport company. Our flight was late and there were no name plaquards waiting us. We had a tough time figuring out who was providing our ride. The other local taxi and van drivers were very helpful.

I booked airport to hotel transportation last minute while on the flight. I was immediately contacted by Jose with confirmation and details of where he will be waiting. I definitely recommend him. He was nice, respectful and a great driver! If I come back to Punta Cana I will use him again without a doubt.

I made the reservations online and provided all my information; airline, fligjt number, and time of arrival. Iwas expecting to be picked up by someone showing my name. That didn't happen. The information was never passed to the driver. Thanks to other people at the airport they were able to finally contact the operator. We were finally picked up an hour after arrival. While the driver was professional the communication between Viator and the driver never happened. I don't recommend.
