Quando arrivi all'aeroporto di Cancun e dopo aver ritirato i bagagli, devi uscire dalla porta delle compagnie di trasporto e delle agenzie di viaggio. Ti contatteremo tramite SMS con le istruzioni di contatto. Ci sarebbe molto utile se rispondessi al messaggio informandoci quando hai già superato i filtri così potremo chiedere al tuo autista di aspettarti proprio quando sarai pronto a partire.

They were late picking us up and the communication of how to find them was difficult at the airport. However getting picked up from the hotel went much smoother and they were early which I appreciated.
