Everything went so smoothly. Reserving my ride on my phone. Getting picked up exactly where I said. Driver was so polite, professional. I will always reserve my needs with you guys. Thank you so much!
Communication was bad. Information about flight was provided at booking but was asked again after booking. They wanted to confirm date and time pick up and telling me if I will be late 10 minutes, I’ll be charge extra fee. I confirmed that and arrived at the ferry an hour ahead of time and waiting there expecting somebody will hold a sign of our name. 10 minutes past the meeting time, I sent them a message telling them I don’t see anybody. They replied quicker this time telling me they will contact driver. 10-15mins later they replied back with the picture of the car license plate in the vallet parking lot. I walked over and don’t see anybody. I asked taxi drivers there, they said he left. What kind of private transfer is it. How do I know who will pick us up without any information being provided. No name sign, no company name, no picture of car provided. Scam. Stay away.
My wife and I went to Impression Isla Mujeres, and we chose eTransfers for our transfer from Cancun airport to the marina (Puerto Hacienda del Mar?). I checked many options for transfers, and it must be that when I finally decided on eTransfers, I chose the wrong dates. Next thing I know, I'm getting texts about arriving when my REAL arrival is still two weeks out. So, I contacted them back, asking if they could get it changed. They were very prompt and kind and got the arrival and departure dates changed for me. I would expect that if the dates were still far into the future, but they changed it on the same day that I had apparently (accidentally) selected for pickup. So, I feel like they would have been justified in saying "our person is already there waiting. Sorry--but you lost your money." Instead, they got it changed for no additional charge. The drivers were very good and on time, and they were very good about letting me know where I should go at the airport and how to contact them. I would happily use eTransfers again.
Had a short wait upon arriving to the airport terminal. Staff were very polite and accommodating. After having to switch resorts halfway through our trip unexpectedly. The return transfer info was adjusted to the new location to help us get to the airport on time. Highly recommend.
