I booked in advance but they were not able to accommodate me due to a mix up on their end. So I had to book another ride
The driver was very nice and professional. He was on time and got us to our destination on time. The car was in good condition and comfortable.
Your driver stood me up on my return trip from Punta Cana to Santa Domingo Airport on Sunday December 7th after I paid with my credit card. He knew where to pick me up because he gave me a 10:30am pick up time. I had to pay an additional $182 to another Taxi company. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY.
I booked a $179 ride to the airport - from Punta Cana to Santo Domingo. It’s a two hour drive. I had an international flight from D.R. to Turks and Caicos. I confirmed my 10am pick up with Diamond Tours the night before. My driver arrived after 11am - more than an hour late! Then he stopped for gas, then he stopped to exchange a baby seat with another driver, then he almost got side-swiped while improperly merging into traffic. When I got to the airport, my flight was boarding. Very stressful experience.

So easy to book. Being from another country I was nervous about payment and service but Sebastian took the best care. Our driver was kind and polite and stopped off for restroom and water. We didn't speak the language and Argelis simply used Google translate which was incredibly helpful.

This is certainly the best company to book a transfer and organize excursions. Both Sebastian and all his companions make the service 10, always attentive and responding to the second. And the vehicles that the company has are unbeatable, super top, like the drivers (all) always attentive so that everything goes perfectly. Amazing drivers and service. Both my arrival and return trip had changes and Sebastian assisted me seamlessly at very short notice. I would definitely book Diamond Transfer again knowing that I have so much support when there are changes to be made. My Drivers Arcangel and Elvin were amazing.
