Booked airport transfer through HOLIDAY EXTRAS from the airport in Salzburg to our hotel in the city - the plane was delayed for more than an hour and the taxi driver rang us just after landing telling us we were late and cannot collect us straightaway. Collected our bags and exited the airport and no taxi waiting. Called the taxi driver back several times but he did not pick up. HOLIDAY EXTRAS emergency number just kept us waiting and waiting to be connected so we sorted our own taxi to the hotel. To our surprise the fare was only 25 Euros including a tip but HOLIDAY EXTRAS had charged us 90 Euros for airport pickup and return from hotel to airport a week later. So if we had organised our own transfer it would have been only 50 Euros leaving HOLIDAY EXTRAS WITH A VERY LARGE PERCENTAGE PROFIT almost 100%. HOLIDAY EXTRAS will not refund us the 25 Euros because we were delayed over an hour even though we tried to speak with them and directly to their allocated taxi driver whose company in Austria made no alternative pickup even though they were aware of all flight delays. Very poor service and excessive overcharging therefore will not be using HOLIDAY EXTRAS AGAIN in the future
The driver didn’t show up. We have 5 people, 2 flew from US, 3 from Toronto. The flight from US was delayed, couldn’t make it to Salzburg on time. But I texted the operator the day before to come the original pick up time to pick up party of 3. I was charged before the event. I am requesting a refund.

No show at airport!! Communication consisted of only one reply after I contacted them asking on how to proceed with giving them my pick up and drop off information. I replied back with the information and never heard back. No show at airport. I took a taxi to the hotel. Taxi was convenient, professional, efficient & a third of the fee. I will be asking for a full refund!! Gave 1 star because Viator does not give you an option for 0 stars.

My driver was friendly and professional and waited for me even though my flight was delayed. Salzburg is a small airport so there are plenty of taxis or other ride hailing ways to get to hotel that are less expensive.
The car service pick up was incredibly smooth and efficient!! Safe, cool and convenient trip to the hotel. I’d definitely recommend this service to other travelers.

Our flight was delayed but the driver was waiting in the arrival hall. Im not sure our delayed flights were passed onto the driver.
Our driver was waiting on us when we arrived at the airport. Our arrival time had changed due to a delay but the customer service representative had communicated with us and tracked our flight. We were taken directly to our destination. Great service.
