They were on time which was perfect for us. Got us to the airport on time and price was very reasonable compared to others. I wish we would’ve found them faster when we first landed in Dominican Republic.

It was excelent, great service, when I had doubts, I called and they respond fast and resolved. From arrival to departure, my family and me felt secure, we liked the drivers and talk to them about everything. 10/10 Hightly recomended.

Do not use this transportation service. They are terrible to coordinate with and say their phone doesn't work. They didn't confirm our pick up time and then never picked us up. We paid in cash so couldn't receive a refund. The list goes on. Again would never recommend this service
Great service, our driver Elvin kept us entertained the entire time and made us feel very welcomed. He even stopped a few times to let us use the restroom, loved it!
Arcangel santos was a great driver with great experience. Driver was great in communication and help.
The arrival pickup was fine. But they caused us to miss our flight back home and left us stranded. They suggested a time which I agreed to which caused us to miss our flight. They refused to accept any responsibility because they said I agreed to the time even know I was just a visitor and I didn't know the distance between the hotel and the airport. We had to book new flights and a new hotel for the night. Which they did not help with. Even in the end they were blaming me for agreeing with what they suggested. I would not recommend. They only offered transportation back to the hotel after i threatened them with a charge back.Do not use!
Archangel was a great driver very professional would use company again for travel the ride was nice and smooth and the a/c made the ride very comfortable
I was very satisfied with service. Julio was very helpful with the transport reservation and Elvin drove my from la isabela international airport to excellence el carmen. That’s almost 4 hours drive. My wife was very satisfied with the service and after my vacation end , Elvin came back and drove my wife again to the airport. I will use that company again if I go back to Dominican Republic. Thanks Julio and Elvin. I am glad I use your transportation service. God bless both of you
