The shuttle was 30 minutes late. They did not account for traffic in the area with FIFA match going on. They should have realized this. However, we were fine, and made our appointment in plenty of time.

The driver was late. Our pick up time was 1030, he arrived 1055. At first he said, he will be a few minutes late, next was, he was a block away, next reason was he missed the exit. It was annoying to wait when we had a strict scheduled time assigned to our group.

There was a bit of a mixed up of our vans from 2 hotels but in the end we were glad it didn't take that long to wait for the right van to come. I trust Viator and will hire again in the future. Thank you.
