No communication at all. No one explained the process of checking in and getting your ticket. No one at the bar. No one welcomed you. Boat is broken. We are just sitting in the bay with no power. DO NOT TAKE THIS TOUR!!!
The narrator does not speak good English and spoke too fast for a slow trip. For example it was hard to follow which site he was speaking to as he was not clear in directing us as to whether we should be looking let or right of the boat and which building or structure we should be looking at.
Had such a good time, relaxing out on the boat and just sightseeing everything. Would definitely recommend this service to any of my friends visiting the area.
Very good experience. Good tour guide. I would do it again. Got a chance to see many celebrities mansions and Miana skyline.
The boat ride was fun but the scammers on the boat were too much. I get it tho, everyone’s desperate for money in this country. I’d recommend but don’t fall for the raffle and “free cruise”.
It was a great experience and more affordable than I hoped. The drinks on board are delicious, although a little over priced in my opinion. I would definitely consider doing this tour again.
The speakers were in the back of the boat were not turned on until we were close to the tour finishing. I watched the tour guide walk into the captains area and flip the switch on. Needless to say, we didn’t hear who owned the homes which was the whole purpose of the tour.
The tour is super nice and it is worth doing with friends, family, a partner, or alone, but it is worth it.
It was nice tour being able to see the mansions of well off personalities and history of some mansions, and being able to see the skyline of Miami. My experience was a learning experience. I should have researched and asked questions. I am from the Southwest Florida and my visiting family was from Washington state. Having said that I'm ignorant in the area. First time in this big city. I’m writing this review for those who want to experience the mini cruise with a little helpful information. First, I would suggest that the organizers or company needs to have a contact number for those who need guidance on where to park and where to go. Or at least when confirmation email is sent. Include this little instructions so people Like me won’t get confused and when trying to contact the number given in the email, nobody is available to talk to. It’s all prerecorded. There should be someone or at least options on more information on what the caller needs. When I finally figured out the parking I was able to park and kind of surprised after when I paid The parking. It’s is $20 for less than 2 hours. The city because of construction, is not so driver friendly. Don’t rely too much on gps. Need to use practical common sense and defensive driving.
The ride was ok. Felt like the tour guide should have gave more info on the mansions. He didn’t have the cost or price of all the manisons
