Our pick up from the airport in Oaxaca worked out really well. The driver was waiting for us upon arrival and we had a comfortable ride to our hotel. We would use this service again in the future.
Very much safe and secure hotel. Near to the all shopping malls.In rooms cleaniness is the priority and was done beyond expectation as well.coming to the food part i really like the breakfast buffet especially the live dosa. Want mention sai krishna for suggesting good menu in the lunch overall five start rating

Terrible experience on Dia de Los Muertos! Hired a private tour and paid $360. The “guide” Was almost one hour late and look to be under influence. We did not feel safe… complained and was told that I hired just a driver.

We investigated your claim immediately: your driver was not under the influence; he was simply napping in the vehicle while waiting for you to finish your visit, which explains why he appeared groggy/sleepy when you returned unexpectedly. Regarding the service: As confirmed in our chat history before booking, you hired "Private Transportation with a Driver", not a "Guided Tour." Our team explicitly informed you that certified guides were sold out due to the high season. The traffic during Day of the Dead is intense, causing delays beyond our control. We delivered the transportation service agreed upon. It is unfortunate that you chose to write this review after we declined your request for a full refund in exchange for not posting it. Absolutely perfect! My flight was about 40 minutes delayed and then it took probably a good 30 to 40 minutes to get through customs because the line was moving very slow, but my driver was very kind very patient he was there waiting for me he was able to communicate With me via WhatsApp and I just really appreciate the professionalism and the punctuality and the communication. This was a great opportunity for me to practice my Spanish and as we were driving he was pointing out the main street and areas of interest to help me become familiar so overall a great experience. I highly recommend the driver will be there waiting for you when you land, which is awesome, but always gives me peace of mine.
Enjoy Oaxaca is incredibly professional and provides better car service than anything that I have experienced in New York City. They supply driver information 12-hours before and were early for pick up on all four transfers that they arranged for us. We took a round trip to Mazunte which is a 3.5 hour drive from Oaxaca. Both drivers - Ramses and Sebastian - were excellent drivers and were attentive, friendly and helpful. Abraham was wonderful too for our airport transfers. I highly recommend this company - they take all of the stress out of your holiday plans!

This was best decision ever. The pick-up was right as we got out of luggage pick-up. Friendly, English speaking driver, knowing exactly where to take us.
Driver was 30 minutes late; we were some of the very last at the airport. We had booked the taxi a week in advance with flight details. No explanation for the delay was offered
