Very nice driver and very ok car. He was punctual and the car was new and super clean. We did like it.
Met us at airport, on time, and helped with luggage. Dressed very professional in a suit and gave us commentary as we drove to our airbnb. We had to stop to pick up a key and extremely kind to do so, even offering to go in with me to obtain it.
Driver met us as planned. Took care of our luggage. He was pleasant and we felt comfortable driving with him.
Our flight was delayed and arrived in Auckland over an hour late. The transfer service contacted us PROOR to departure, approximately 17 hours before our arrival time, to say they noticed we had been delayed and they would need to adjust our pickup time with their schedule. When we landed late, the transfer company kept us informed of our driver’s location. The driver, Garry, even called us. Garry was extremely helpful and pleasant and was an excellent driver. The vehicle, a VW SUV, was comfy and clean. I have had other transfer services cancel when our plane was delayed by more than an hour. But, they kept us well informed and, after a 15 hour flight, it was great to know they were still going to get us. Thank you Garry and the service!
Our Airport pickup was over an hour late due to breakdown of vehicle. Operator did not know of this until I called that we had not been picked up. Once transportation arrived, the driver was excellent and the van was wonderful.

Easy to book! Only problem we had was not having a clue where to meet the driver. We walked to the location of the pick up Spot only to find out he was inside the airport. Fabulous vehicle and so clean!!!
Our plane was late but the driver was still there to meet us. They had called as we disembarked the plane giving us confidence that they were waiting
Prompt and driver knew his way to get through traffic to the airport. Nice black premium SUV too! Great value for price.
Viator and the car service made it incredibly easy to connect with the driver, Taran, and to find the driver after a very long journey from the US and a lengthy immigration process. Taran was professional, pleasant, and very helpful. I would be very happy to use this service anytime I return to Auckland.
My friends booked an airport transfer with this company, there was no one at the Auckland Airport to meet us, we waited at the Meeting point for a while and then took a taxi to our hotel. We left messages but the driver called us when we were already at the hotel. Not professional at all.

After carefully reviewing our records and speaking with the assigned driver, we would like to clarify a few important details: • Your chauffeur arrived early at Auckland International Airport and waited at the confirmed meeting point (Alpress Café / Arrivals Hall) as instructed in your booking. • The driver did not receive any calls or messages from the passengers while waiting. • After waiting for a considerable time with no response, the driver attempted to contact the guest — but by then, you had already left the airport. • At no stage did the passenger make themselves identifiable at the meeting point, which made it difficult for our chauffeur to locate you in a busy arrivals area. We completely understand how frustrating travel days can be, and our intention is always to provide a smooth and seamless experience. However, successful airport pickups do require two-way communication, especially when locating passengers in crowded terminals. If you could kindly share the phone number that was used to contact us or screenshots of the messages you mentioned, we would be more than happy to investigate further to ensure nothing was missed on our side.
