The reason I booked transportation in advanced is I didn’t want to wait. When we arrived there was someone waiting for us, but it took another 40 minutes to get the car. Once in the car, two of the seatbelts didn’t work. Very disappointing and will not use again.

When we arrived outside of the terminal our driver was not there. Which was about 30 min after our scheduled arrival time that we provided on booking. We looked around for a bit and then had to call the company. We were advised the driver would arrive shortly. He did arrive but I think many people would not appreciate not having the driver ready and waiting.

Very accommodating my driver helped me find a place to buy pesos at a reasonable rate. He was considerate and very nice.

Alejandro was waiting for us when we arrived to them airport. Immediately began helping us by taking our luggage and leading us to the van. The van was already running the A/C when we get in. He was very friendly and professional

We were greeted at the ferry by a very kind and professional driver. He held the sign of the company up for us to sport. Our van was very clean and comfortable and the driver was helpful. We arrived at the airport quickly.
