I booked a taxi for 3:30 am. Taxi was already paid. No one came and we were with children. It was an terrible experience. They said that the taxi driver took the wrong people but how can this happen if my name was suppose to be in the board? End of the story, we had to take another taxi from the airport because no one answered the telephone they gave me.

The driver had arrived however did not identity himself to us for 20mins as he had a few cigarettes before he turned and called our names. It is only a small airport and the transfer took 9 mins if that. The air con was put on in the car, however I would not call the car brand new either. But it did transfer us to our hotel. I had contacted the WhatsApp telephone number and advised then that we were waiting and they did get back in touch to say the driver was there, he was however more interested in getting his cigarette break

Nobody showed up. Standing in blazing sun from 17:00 to 1745 hours back in departure hall is not allowed. But not a cab in sight. It sucks. Some 5 confirmation in days before departure but no taxi. Then bus Tui was already gone could still be ripped off by self-arranged taxi. In short. -NOT. DO

They collected the fee for the airport transfer and when the flight was delayed, Ahmed told me that I would have to make a new reservation, and pay a second time. They did that even after I contacted them immediately to let them know about the anticipated delay. For a travel service company, it is a bit surprising that they cannot accomodate schedule changes, such as a delayed flight. Even if they do not want to accommodate routine travel schedule changes, they should at least impose a cancellation charge. Instead, they just kept the entire amount I paid, and I got no service for it.
The communication was difficult at first, and I was concerned. However, I was picked up promptly at the designated place and time. They do not respond via Viator, only through What’s up. I am using them again for my next taxi ride around Egypt.
