Visitate il più grande museo di arte egizia antica con i suoi tesori del grande passato dell'Egitto, come i pregiati corredi funerari. Durante una visita di circa due ore, la nostra guida turistica vi spiegherà con umorismo le mostre più importanti e risponderà alle vostre domande. Lasciatevi stupire dall'ultima Meraviglia del Mondo rimasta: un'esperienza davvero leggendaria! In totale qui troverete tre piramidi: la piramide di Chefren, la piramide di Cheope e la piramide di Menkerino. È possibile esplorare la zona a piedi, a cavallo o in groppa a un cammello. Dopo aver visitato le Piramidi di Giza, ci dirigiamo alla Grande Sfinge, di gran lunga la sfinge più grande e meglio conservata. È costituito da una testa umana su un corpo di leone. La Sfinge è stata scolpita nei resti di una collina calcarea che fungeva da cava per la Grande Piramide di Giza. Giro in feluca sul Nilo. Verrete prelevati dal vostro hotel intorno alle 4 del mattino. Al vostro arrivo al Cairo, incontrerete la vostra guida turistica, che vi accompagnerà per tutta la durata del tour. Incontra la tua guida egittologica al museo per iniziare la giornata. Visitate il modernissimo Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), il più grande museo archeologico del mondo con oltre 100.000 reperti, oppure l'Antico Egitto in Piazza Tahrir. Seleziona il museo che preferisci durante la prenotazione. Dopodiché, godetevi il pranzo. L'escursione prosegue verso le grandi piramidi di Cheope, Chefren e Micerino. Il tour delle piramidi termina alla Sfinge e al tempio situato nelle sue vicinanze. Se il tempo lo consente, avrete l'opportunità di visitare il bazar del Cairo alla fine della giornata prima di tornare a Sharm el Sheikh. Una volta arrivati in aeroporto, verrete accompagnati al vostro hotel a bordo di un veicolo dotato di aria condizionata.
Se il volo di ritorno dal Cairo è previsto in tarda serata, dedicheremo un po' di tempo alla visita della Londra medievale (mercato di Khan el Klalili), del Cairo vecchio, recentemente aggiunto alla lista del patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO, o del Cairo Festival City, un centro commerciale extra-large (con aria condizionata), uno dei più grandi del Medio Oriente. Ricco dei più famosi marchi internazionali, ristoranti, caffè e un'enorme e colorata fontana danzante, vi conquisterà con la sua elegante e moderna vita notturna.
Se abbiamo tempo, possiamo fare due visite caratteristiche al Museo del Papiro e alla fabbrica di oli essenziali. Queste due attrazioni vi faranno conoscere le antiche tecniche egizie per la produzione di papiri ed essenze. Queste due interessanti visite amplieranno la vostra conoscenza della vita quotidiana nell'antico Egitto e saranno utili anche ai contadini egiziani che lavorano in questi settori e preservano questi antichissimi manufatti dell'antico Egitto. We did the Cairo excursion from Sharm with our two girls (9 and 11). The early 4am start was worth it as once you've landed you head to the pyramids and beat the heat and the crowds. Our guide Ahmed was excellent — he was very knowledgeable and kept the kids engaged, nothing felt rushed. The pyramids are amazing in person, photos don't do it justice. GEM Museum was a great add — modern, air-conditioned and full of facinating artifacts. The day was capped off with a felucca ride down the Nile. A perfect way to wind down after a long day. Highly recommend. Ask for Ahmed.
From start to finish, the communication from Book Tour Egypt was clear, organised and punctual. A truly beautiful experience and absolutely recommended! We participated in the excursion from Sharm El Sheikh to Cairo by plane and we were fully satisfied with the organization and the entire program of the day. A special thanks goes to our guide Aadel, truly exceptional: very well-prepared, professional, kind, and always available. He accompanied us with great attention throughout the day, managing to make every visit interesting and engaging. The visit to the Egyptian Museum was fantastic, where Aadel dedicated about two hours to us with truly super explanations, full of information and interesting facts, but always clear and pleasant to follow. The time spent at the museum was more than enough to appreciate its wonders without having the feeling of a rushed visit. The visit to the Pyramids and the Sphinx was naturally beautiful as well, made even more interesting by Aadel's explanations. The lunch was also very good and more than enough, another pleasant positive note within a really well-organized day. Visiting Cairo is already an extraordinary experience, but having Aadel as a guide really made the difference. Competence, availability, and a great ability to engage. Excellent organization, an unforgettable day, and Aadel gets an A+. Five stars absolutely deserved!
I had a private tour with a wonderful guide Sam who was very accommodating, we kept changing our minds what we wanted to do and nothing was much trouble for him. We had personalised experience, we were told what to avoid on the trip and overall it was an amazing experience. Sam’s knowledge was invaluable.
Beautiful trip to Cairo, the pyramids and museum leave you speechless. Guide was super helpful and valuable with information. Something still needs to be defined regarding the organization and transparency of information. For a plane tour from Sharm, the 3 AM wake-up call for departure risks keeping you from fully appreciating the wonder of what you are seeing. For certain things, it is better to go by bus and sleep during the trip.

Was very easy to book and at a competitive price. All details were sent in advance and clear. Pick up was on time and the full service was very efficient. Driver was very good and tour guide very knowledgeable and approachable. Tour guide - Ahmed made the day very enjoyable. Price included all admission fees and lunch. Absolutely awesome. Truly once in a lifetime trip. Transport was great and our driver was there whenever we needed him with cold water. Our guide was Hussain and he was amazing, his knowledge was epic and he couldn't do enough to make the day brilliant. The GEM was truly outstanding with so much to see and do. I could have spent days in there. 100% recommended.
Great day out exploring Cairo! easy transfer to the airport and reps along the way. Treated by our lovely guide who was with us all day! We visited the pyramids first to beat the heat, and then after visited the new GEM museum. We also visited an oils and perfume shop, and another which taught us how to make paper out of papyrus. We had lunch included with views of the pyramids, and also had a boat ride on the Nile! fab day out and looked after us from start to finish, especially my 7 year old Son. Thank you team! Would highly recommend!
3.30am pick from hotel everything went smoothly through the airport and we met our guide at Cairo airport. Guide and driver couldn’t have done more, the Pyramids were fascinating and GEM museum was well worth a visit.
