Great transfer with Luis. He arrived on time and took us straight to the airport. He was friendly and professional and very polite. Good driver. It was nice to be picked up at the hotel and to have the pick up scheduled. The booking scheduled the pick up for 7:30 for a 10;00 (international) flight with a half an hour drive from the hotel, so I responded to the email and moved it up to 6:30. They replied by email right away and moved it up. Driver was there for the new time. (BTW: you go through passport control right before you get to your actual gate after following signs to the gates, scanning boarding pass and going through security, so allow time.). Great pick up. Highly recommend.
Transport was on time and really good service clean car. No issue with booking really good experience.
Found the hotel (not easy as on a tricky side street), came on time, and was very helpful. Good to find a reliable service.
We tried to contact 3 times. via email on your contact the carrier. Never received a reply or note that they received the note. never received a confirmation. requested pick up at 0700 on my notes to carrier. Carrier did not show or respond. Thus at 0708 we departed the pickup point via taxi. We did receive a text of courier arrival at 0724,. Too late for us.
Simple with no issues, straightforward pick up at hotel. Driver checked which airline we were on and took us to correct terminal.
