Communication was good, driver was on time. Family was able to sit comfortably. We stayed in the old Medina. So, for others I recommend ample communication between guest, driver and Riad as to drop off location and possible porter to make the transition more seamless. As we had to navigate the final journey from van to Riad without knowing the area.
Fantastic pickup. On time with great communication while we were going through immigration and customs, collecting luggage etc. Very professional and friendly.
We had two cars booked for this service, paid in full through Viator. Both cars were told they needed to pay 100 MAD more by the driver, the equivalent of $10 (on a $25 transfer). The driver did not say it was a tip, he implied that it was what was due. When I approached the company about this problem, they indicated that the driver said it was a tip and they would not offer any compensation.

Super reliable, punctual, kind, very good driving and prices are very decent compared to others! The car is very comfortable and very clean. It is the best transport in Marrakech and I would not fail to call on its services again!
The service we received was above and beyond! Hamza was an absolute delight to deal with. He accommodated all our transfers and he did this with a smile. Nothing felt like trouble for him! We are looking forward seeing Hamza again on our next trip to Marrakech!
Pick up went very smoothly and would use again. Also walked us to our Riad as not accessible by road which was nice.
Soufiane was prompt, efficient and courteous from the outset! He made contact with us as soon as we arrived in the terminal building which was very reassuring. On meeting him outside the airport he was extremely personable and helpful. During our trip to our hotel Soufiane was talkitive and friendly. I unreservedly recommend this service.
