The balloon ride was excellent. The pick up was not difficult. The whole trip went well. The views are spectacular. Never really felt nervous.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing experience from start to finish! We had such an amazing time on our balloon trip and the whole experience was made even better by the fantastic team. A special mention to Zakaria, our van driver, who picked us up and looked after us throughout the whole experience. He was extremely professional, friendly and attentive, and genuinely made sure we were looked after and having the best possible time. We also paid extra to have a video made by Ismail and Anas, and we are so glad we did! They did an incredible job using a drone to capture footage and photos of our experience. The finished result was amazing and such a lovely memory for us to keep. Our balloon captain was also extremely professional and knowledgeable. We felt completely safe and relaxed throughout the flight, and you could tell we were in very experienced hands. From the pick-up to the balloon flight, the photos and video, and the way the whole team looked after us, everything was fantastic. An unforgettable experience and definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Marrakech. We would 100% recommend it! 🎈🌅❤️

An efficient, safe operation. The breakfast afterwards was amazing. Great coffee. We got the photo and drone package. It’s decent value for some memorable photos and videos you won’t be able to get yourself. Our pick up was changed the night before but the driver communicated very well and it ended up being close to the Medina. A memorable experience

This was a fantastic experience Early start but well worth it . Just a beautiful sight . The company took such good care of us & the welcome before & after was just so nice . The breakfast was great & we payed for the drone film . Just book it !

It was amazing from start to finish. Our pilot Aziz made it a very fun and relaxing experience. Highly recommend. I was nervous booking it myself (rather than through a travel agent or hotel referral) and I am very happy I did. The breakfast was also amazing, as were the facilities to accommodate you before and after the ride.

I was not necessarily excited about taking a balloon ride, but I am very happy I got up early for this excursion. This is one of the most unique experiences one could ever have as you sit in the sky as peaceful as a cloud, it was nothing like what I was expecting. Our captain was both our navigator in the balloon as well as the person who took us to and from the port. He was very knowledgeable, informative and equally funny. I cannot recommend this highly enough. It is well worth the money and the early morning and you will be back to the hotel in plenty of time for the rest of your day.

This was our first experience in a hot air balloon. Pick up and drop off was seamless. Pre flight breakfast was lovely. The flight itself was mesmerising. We were in a section next to the pilot which is a bit loud when ascending. But seeing a few dozen balloons all rising at sunrise is something amazing to witness. Our pilot was experienced and smooth and upon completion issued us with a personalised flight certificate.
