I purchased this service for my family as a gift and the driver showed up at the wrong terminal we had given them the number of the guests who would be in the party and they kept trying to call me while I was in the air. experience all around

According to our records, our driver was dispatched to the pickup location provided in the booking confirmation and arrived on time. During the pickup window, we made multiple attempts to contact the booking holder by phone and message but were unable to reach anyone. We also did not have a direct phone number for the traveler, which significantly limited our ability to coordinate the pickup. Our team is committed to providing reliable service, and we always make every reasonable effort to locate our passengers when communication is possible. If you are going to be there with a name, sign, be there. So the person you’re picking up don’t have to walk around outside to find you. So I said you Make sure the driver knows he should there with a sign and so the passenger dosen’t have to come outside walking around looking for him..He did text me and told me where he was but I mean he was supposed to be inside, so I’m outside walking around passing all kind of guys trying to get me a taxi ride, which would have cost less. At least he was a nice person. Thanks…
