Mark was great. He was easy to find, helpful and entertaining. Made the experience very simple!
We were a family group of 16, with 16 bags and 7 snow boards. They were waiting for us at the airport, very clear instructions. Packed the trailer and straight to the motel and the return was the same. On time, packed the trailer and off we went. Both drivers were excellent and very helpful.

We arranged a Vancouver airport to Victoria shuttle for our family of four and dog with 8 large pieces of luggage. We decided to drive onto the ferry at Tswassen and off the other side at Swartz Bay. David.T was our driver and was exceptionally helpful and kind, and really helped make the trip for our family (who are already incredibly jetlagged) very pleasant! The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and all seats had over the shoulder seat belts. Would highly recommend to any family needing a personalised airport transfer.
Canadian Craft Tours was well organized. One day before my trip they emailed me confirming my reservation arrangements. This put me at ease. They were on time and were very helpful with luggage. Driver Kuldeep was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Easy airport transfer.
