Diamond Tours was absolutely amazing when it came to punctuality, efficiency,and respect. My communication with them was great even before we landed. They were very communicative and helpful. The drivers themselves were also very kind, helpful, and patient (with my crappy Spanish). I will definitely be using them on any trips back to the Dominican. Thank you!

As a single, solo traveler, landing late at night to an unexpected airport due to flight changes, and having to travel five hours in the middle of the night through the mountains with a strange driver, on faith, was enough to say the least. However, my contact Juan and my driver Elvin were excellent and made me feel very comfortable. Elvin was a great driver and there were absolutely no issues. I was safe and made the trip without issue. I highly recommend Diamond. I will note that there is no Diamond counter in the airport, I had to walk to the jet lag café, and the driver picks you up in the general area. That was my experience. I expected there to be a diamond counter based on my text messages, but that could have been a language communication barrier.

Our driver, Arcangel, was very kind and attentive. We would definitely use Diamond Transfers when we return and recommend it to everyone.

Leni was so kind and a great driver. The car was clean and he made sure that we were comfortable the entire trip to the hotel. Canary Starling was a very good driver always very attentive very punctual and always ask if something was missing when we arrived already our flight was delayed several times but we arrived and he was alas and called us by name thank you Starling for everything on the way back we want you to chauffeur Starling
