The experience was prompt, efficient, and comfortable with excellent communication. The driver was polite and patient when my hotel was inefficient with the check-out process.
This company is absolutely amazing! Julio was very helpful and quickly responded to all our needs. The pickup to/from the airport was seamless and the drivers were all very nice & professional. We also did a party boat/snorkeling excursion with Punta Cana Transfer and it was THE BEST. My whole group agreed it was the most fun day of our trip. I was very skeptical at first being in a foreign country trying to book these transfers/activities, but I felt completely safe with this company. 10/10 recommend.
