Driver was on time and with my tight turnaround window due to delays coming in he safely maneuvered traffic to get me there in time enough for my flight. Having the assurance of someone waiting for me and not having to find the train or bus with limited time was the best decision I made.
Interestingly, the same driver picked us up for both our ride to Gatwick from Heathrow and our ride to Heathrow from Gatwick, so I'll only write one review. The most important thing is that Airport Pickups London was reliable and got us safely to our destination despite a very complicated late night detour (diversion) because of roadwork on the motorway on our return. We slept during that journey because our flight landed very late at night. But on our first transfer from Heathrow to Gatwick we were awake. The driver meant well, perhaps he thought we needed to be enlightened, but it was a bit much with constant conversation, more like an endless monologue, until we arrived at Gatwick. Perhaps this appeals to some people. We did our best to act jolly even if we didn't feel like it.
Driver communicated with us before and after our flight. Meeting point was clear, car was new and clean, driver was helpful, kind and we enjoyed his polite company. It could not have been a better experience, thank you!

We had the driver picking us up at the airport and dropping us off at our hotel, great service provided, clean, comfortable car, on time and safe driving! Also the driver was polite and helpful when asked about things to do around our hotel area! Would definitely use this service again!!

No contact details were provided for the driver, and communication response time through Viator was too slow to be effective. Could not locate our driver upon arrival at Heathrow Arrivals. Very frustrating experience. In the end the driver was very nice however the vehicle was not what I requested. I specifically asked for a sedan and not a van,...we were transported in a van. Would book directly with transportation company next time, and not thru Viator.
